I stayed two nights at this property and had an easy time checking in and out. Room was clean and more spacious than I expected. (King bed room). The facilities are shared with the sister hotel next door, Springhill Suites. There is a local area shuttle that stops next door and goes to Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Universal, Orlando Premium Outlets, Sea World, Aquatica, and Discovery Cove. The pool, splash pad, and hot tub are between the hotels and seem well maintained but I did not have a chance to use it. In the same area is the Splash bar & grill. It is average food but gets the job done. The gym is available to use but located at SpringHill Suites and has a water dispenser to fill up your water bottle (a plus for me). There’s also a coffee bar there that uses Starbucks products if you want something more than regular coffee. Breakfast was included with my stay. They had coffee, tea, juices and water available. For food, there were eggs, potatos, and a protein (I saw ham and sausage). There’s also oatmeal, cereal, bagels, and a waffle station. Would stay here again for any trips focused on Universal and Seaworld!

Easy check in. We shipped an item to the hotel upon our arrival and had no problems picking it up. We left our speaker at the pool area and luckily it was left with the hotel staff. Item recovered. Complimentary breakfast was good. Dining, CVS and Walgreens within walking distance. Complimentary shuttles to all theme parks. Over all a great place to stay with family.

Perfect place to stay, extremely helpful, clean, friendly staff, many walkable restaurants. The only thing that needs to be managed is pool, many loose broken cement tiles, a bit worrisome for little ones. Most of us coming from north for a vacation are looking for lounging by the pool. Not sure filter was working at all . We asked, as it had much debris and was cleaned a bit. Hoping chlorine and pool levels were checked and at appropriate levels, as it wasn’t the clear blue as one expects. That was my only concern but otherwise a great place and would stay again

Great price, easy checking, clean, friendly staff. The transportation to the parks is a little confusing, we just ended up taking an Uber. So you might want to look into that because you have to book the shuttle hours before. And they stop at many other hotels before taking you to the park. So again we just ubered for $8 each way plus tip

Everything was super amazing only thing I would change if I could was the 50 dollar a night refundable deposit with no max most places just charge a flat deposit for the entire stay not 50 a night for as many nights as your stay so a 7 night stay ends up at a $350 dollar deposit other than that amazing property loved the pool and staff was super nice and helpful will rebook for sure!!!!
