Estan en remodelacion no tienen picina ni laundry abierto Hice la reservacion para 3 y solo había una toalla encontre una pequeña cucaracha El cuarto tenia buen olor pero los pasillos huelen a sigarro solo lo recomiendo si vas una sola noche a dormir y solo porque es barato

The hotel has a very good location but the cleanliness is poor. The room was only cleaned once in a 6 night stay. There were cockroaches in the room. The pool was not available and there was no breakfast. They only had coffee in the lobby but it was not always available. I had visited the hotel in previous years but found it to be in disrepair.

Horrible experience
The hotel stay was the worse experience I've ever have with a hotel, yes it was cheaper then normal but the pictures of this hotel were lies. The toilet was hard to flush my wife found bed bugs and not to mention the beds were very uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

It's the most disgusting, dirty, grimy awful place I have ever stayed at. There is blood splatter, bugs; both dead and alive, dirt everywhere, hair everywhere... It was deplorable.

We checked in while being evacuated from our home during hurricane Milton and immediately found the hotel to be disgusting and not up to code. It should be condemned. The room was falling apart, it was disgusting, and the water from the rain was seeping in the walls. We immediately went to the front desk and checked out and said we would not stay there. They would not refund our money for our two night reservation. They are crooks and the property should be closed down in its condition. Guests were actually calling the cops it was so bad. Run away from this hotel.

Good for one night stay, not long term
It was ok for the price paid. The room smelled like someone had been smoking inside, even though the rooms are non-smoking. The bathtub was old and a bit rusty and if you wanted hot water, the water pressure was low. People were smoking weed nearby since it smelled like it while passing through the halls. It wasn’t wheelchair accesible.

This was THE BATES MOTEL in real life. They didnt have an elevator and there were wasted plastic bags of garbage in the hall. Not to kention the big balls of ANTS that wre plaguing the vathroom. I couldnt put my toothbrush or anything else in there for fear of it being infested. They also had all the dcposed wires from the ceiljng necause they were missing evey other ceiling panel.

The staff were lovely and checked us in right away and did not make me pay a pet fee, for which I was very grateful. The beds were very comfortable. However, the rooms were very dirty and the fridge in one of our rooms never worked. We reported it the first night and no one came to repair it. It feels like the hotel is an old building in need of lots of repairs. We did notice there is a renovation happening so we are guessing all of this will improve in the future. We were just grateful there was a space and we had a place to go to escape the hurricane so for that we thank you. It served the purpose we needed.

I booked a wheelchair accessible room and then called in advance to make sure it was wheelchair accessible as said on the website. They assured me that it was. When i arrived, it was NOT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE! I couldnt even get through the door to the bathroom! When i asked if they could switch me to the proper room, I was told they wete fully booked AND they didnt have a room in the hotel that accomidates wheelchairs! It was an emergency situation because i was evacuating there from a hurricane. ALL the hotels in the area were full at this point. I had no choice but to stay. It was so filthy and disgusting. Couldnt take our shoes off the floor was so dirty. The bathroom was disgusting. There were roaches crawling around. It made my skin crawl. When the hurricane hit, water poored in and completely flooded it! I went to the front desk and asked for help to be moved or something to at least stop the water from coming in. They guy said they didnt even have towels to give me, was nothing he could do for me. I had to eventually call 911 to ask what should i do. There where flash flood warnings and wasnt suppose to be driving. With me being in the wheelchair, I had no way to go upstairs. I ended up driving in the middle of a hurricane to find another hotel at 3am. Unreal!!
