The staff is nice and helpful. If you ask them for any help or anything, they will do it right away. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is excellent. Coffee, tea and muffins are available. If I come back to Orlando, I will stay at the same hotel again ❤️

The elevator is a plus, and the hallways were very quiet. We enjoyed the comfortable beds and a vinyl plank floor is what sold me on the property. Breakfast was great with a wide variety. I was able to print out tickets to Sea World on the lobby computer.

Checking was easy and very amiable, since we got in late. Amazing breakfast, however, staff was slow at replenishing main entries. Great place to stay at a great price. We’ll definitely stay here again.

I had a really disappointing stay at this property. My toilet would not flush and I had told the front desk about this on my very 1st day. When I got home late the next day it was still not flushing so I was forced to use the lobby bathroom everyday of my stay here. Really disappointed and would like some sort of refund for this.

We chose this hotel based on the reviews. I literally don’t know what other people were talking about. Rooms tired but clean. Beds were comfortable. However, the breakfast was dreadful. Of all our recent hotel/motel stays this was the worst. Completely synthetic and meagre.

Was in town for short stay. Beds are huge. Great price for 2 nights. Having said that the bathrooms are old and shower has mold on ceiling and feels dirty. Needs a revamp. Toilet barely flushes and gets clogged. There are bugs by the coffee station at breakfast that are all over the counter eating loose sugar. Otherwise a good place to stay short term. Pool is really nice. Area around there is very busy and very touristy. Reminded me of Niagara Falls but there is everything you need.

Two day Disney vacation
Early check in was great. Our room was preped and stocked. Everything was clean. My wife was very happy. We had plenty of hot water which was nice after a long day at the park. I've stayed in a lot of hotels in my life you had the best in room coffee ever. Complementary breakfast was pretty good. Food was hot and plentiful. The staff was very helful.Your hotel was only 5 minutes from Walt Disney World, our reason for being there. I will definitely stay at the Galleria Palms again.

We chose this hotel because of the price since we were not going to be at hotel because we were in Disneyworld. It is close to animal kingdom but they don’t have shuttle for this one but they do for Magic Kingdom. The cost to Uber is very reasonable. Surrounded by restaurants, walking distance. IHOP, pizza, souvenir stores, cvs. The people at the front desk are very nice and welcoming. Area looks good, felt safe. Hotel is mainly for families. Overall is a good place to stay.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty much what I expected for an inclusive. It was nothing special but still nice. My only negative comment which is a big one is that there was hairs in our bed. Long dark hairs. It was 11:30 pm when we got to our room the first night and noticed. When I called the front desk he offered to change rooms but we had just finished unpacking everything (which was a lot) and we were exhausted. I asked if someone could come and change the sheets but he said that after 11:00 pm there was no service and the he could make an exception to come bring us the sheets but that we would have to change them ourselves. Which we did. Other than that there was no other incident and the room was clean and made up every day. All in all I would recommend.
