I like the fact that the rooms are remodel (no carpet!!). What I didn't like was the breakfast: not too good menu and they had powdered eggs instead of fresh ones!!!! My wife and I tried the breakfast the first day but ended eating only a bagel, the next day, we went to some place else for a good breakfast.

I stayed at the Galleria Palms Hotel for my birthday, hoping for a pleasant and comfortable experience. Unfortunately, my stay was extremely disappointing for several reasons: 1. Terrible Breakfast: The breakfast provided was subpar, lacking variety and quality. It was hardly edible, and I ended up skipping it entirely on some mornings. 2. No Refillable Water Fountains: For a hotel in a hot area, not having refillable water fountains was inconvenient and frustrating. It felt like they were forcing guests to spend more on bottled water. 3. Maintenance Issues: The shower curtain was broken, which made showering messy and uncomfortable. The water temperature was another major problem—it would randomly swing from scalding hot to freezing cold with no way to find a middle ground. Additionally, the sink was clogged, which made getting ready even more unpleasant. 4. Lack of Cleanliness: The rooms were not cleaned during my stay, which was unacceptable. Towels and toiletries weren’t replenished, and I had to ask for basics that should be standard. 5. Overall Experience: Despite being budget-friendly, this hotel failed to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality. I would not recommend staying here under any circumstances. If you’re considering this hotel, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere, even if it means spending a bit more. My birthday stay was ruined by these issues, and I would never return.

This is a nice, solid hotel at a reasonable price. The breakfast is about average for the area. The hotel seems to cater to non-English speaking tourists which, in the breakfast area, can be trying with respect to noise levels, littering, leaving messes behind, and showing respect for those around them.

Stayed for 8 nights to explore Orlando and of course do 5 days at disney. Had a great stay! Room was large, updated and comfortable. Slept better than Ive slept in a hotel in a long time. Location very convenient for off disney resort. Would love to stay here again!

Very clean hotel with clean rooms. Breakfast selection could improve. I traveled with family and right after check in to our room, two naughty girls staying in an adjoining room were making lot of noise and kept knocking on our room door playfully causing disturbance. But nothing to discredit the hotel for this. Only minor complaint I have is that the bathroom door wouldn't lock from the inside and had to use a chair to stop the door from opening. Stayed only for the night so adjusted some how. Would have asked for a different room if not for just one night. Overall a nice hotel and I would stay here again in future.
