Hidden fees
The room we had was very nice, but watch for the hidden fees. I paid and extra $12 to park my own car. Also there was an extra $50, I assume in case we messed up something. I was told I would get the $50 back but it's been 5 days and it still hasn't been credited back to my card.

Best Hotel in Orlando
Excellent hotel. I have stayed at several hotels in and around Orlando but this hotel is the best of them all. Great customer service, ideal location and comfortable beds. The breakfast is pretty good too, especially before heading into the theme parks. I will definitely be staying here again

This is the most unaccommodating hotel every time that I stay here. I have stayed here 10x in the past few years but never again. I booked this months ago and requested the first floor for specific reasons. I even called and followed up days before my arrival and was told that I was sll set for a first floor room. But when I checked in around 3-4pm they couldn’t get me the first floor. This happens every single time at this hotel. Bye bye Hampton Inn & Suites.
