I was exited about staying here in this property check in was at 4. I when. At 3:30 pm. Hoping we could check in maybe a little early. Or used the facility restroom. Got there and doors were close i was a little confuse because there is always someone available to help with customer But i was not the case i didnt understand how they funtion but if they are gonna be close they should specified Before any one makes a reservation. Long drive. Lots of traffic i was really looking foward for just seating down. But. Didnt happened here the lady. Was always smiling but never greeted us. Or seem interested in giving us some kind

The staff was very friendly and well accommodating. The hotel itself was in a great location but it needs some major updating. The rooms are outdated and need renovated. There was also a strong smoke smell through the hotel and lobby areas along with a marijuana smell. (We stayed in building 2)

Ask for a room away from the main road
The hotel was fine…however the windows must be super thin bc we could hear everything outside and people were so loud! There were people blasting music at 3 am in the parking lot, cars racing downing the street…not the hotels fault but it needs better insulation from noise

Risky to stay here. Not safe at all
I requested for quite and safe room for family instead they put me at the back of building where 3 to 5 cars doing stunt in their big parking lots and I was hearing loud break noise. If that is not enough they literally sit on the parking lot and started drinking and playing loud music. Rooms and corridors were smelling like marijuana. Stay away if you have family with kids.

The staff we encountered at the front desk were fantastic. However, this hotel is definitely showing its age. The “refurbished “ area is more like putting paint on a pig. Carpets old and worn, air conditioning units old and very loud, and our particular room had a broken toilet. The breakfast is an absolute NO- do not waste your $18 on it! Waffle House and IHOP down the road are both much better choices. Overall, if I could rate the hotel based on the front desk alone, I’d say a 10 but they can only work with what they have.

Good Stay Delicious Breakfast Buffet
The front desk staff was very friendly and nice when I checked in as well as checking out the breakfast buffet was delicious. All the food and coffee was really good. Definitely recommend coming back.
