Outdated hotel, definitely will not stay there again. Room had a funny smell, toilet wasn’t flushing. Tub was not clean properly. Pictures are very misleading.

Victoria was amazing at the front desk. Very clean property with comfortable bedding. Nice relaxing pool and close to ammendaties and dining. Across from old town which was awesome place to take the family or visit a cigar lounge.

This is the 4 or 5th time that we stay here. We love the renovated rooms, the location, how clean it is and how close is to the parks. This time we booked through Expedia but it was not the right room. The front desk lady found us the room we wanted. The only issue we found this time was the a/c, it was working but made a lot of noise and it wasn’t that cold. Other than that, we love this hotel. Very friendly, safe, there’s a McDonald next door and the hotel store opens until midnight. Also, the hotel restaurant is delicious. We travel with a 5yo.

The only bad thing is that when we went to get breakfast on our second day, which was included in our booking, an old guy from the staff was asking me to pay for it. It was kind of disgusting to get through that especially at 8:30am when your days is just starting and in front of every people who was there eating. I told him that we had our breakfast included and told him our room number and according to him we were not on the list so he asked me to go to the counter to check on that and me and my kid were there with our food ready to go to the table. Pretty uncomfortable situation. Then he was like: ok, you can go and eat. Like if he was letting us eat for free. Minutes later a woman from the staff came to our table to say sorry for what happened and to tell us what i already knew and what i told to the old guy, that our booking had breakfast included and that everything that happened was because of a mistake they made. Not cool at all

Parking was very difficult, but I believe that was due to the Hurricane. I was very upset though with the cleanliness of the room. On check in there was fresh blood on the comforter and bedding. They did not change our sheets, but instead sent someone who tossed a plastic bag with new sheets to us. We spent the rest of our stay with no comforter, and the stay was difficult to say the least. Stress levels were high as we evacuated due to Hurricane Milton, but I expect more from an IHG hotel. I was beyond disappointed, as a Health Care provider to check in with a bio hazard on the bedding not only was it gross, but very unsafe unsanitary. I would like to review this publically online, but wanted to give the property an opportunity to make it right with me.

Great value for the location!
Easy check in and check out, the staff was very nice. The location is great if you’re visiting Old Town as it’s directly across the street and Disney is not far at all. Plenary of locations nearby for food whether it’s fast food or something else.
