Everything was great as far as staff was super friendly, rooms very clean & comfortable with full kitchens. I took away a star & possibly should have 2 if it wasn’t for the lovely staff. There was no cable tv & that was really inconvenient with two kids & the convenience to enjoy family time together & unwind at the end of the day when we were then just reliant on our own devices at what was intended as family time. I felt we should have been informed, calling twice to ask about early check in which denied & this was not mentioned prior. I would never get a hotel that didn’t have a tv & this basically was same thing. I would have found another place to stay & not having updated smart TVs that were so old they were not even capable of having any apps whatsoever or even phone mirroring capabilities, the rooms could use some updates obviously. Also, I thought the parking was a huge pain as it is not through the hotel but a third party that was sending texts counting down the time until we were ticketed or towed & last time we were overcharged by same parking company for two days instead of one, so $54/parking for a one night stay when we checked in at 6pm & out at 10:30am the next day. If your car is not gone by 11am they charge additional 27$, way too much in my opinion compared to other hotels in the area. If they got new parking option & had a bit better communication, it would be one of the better places to stay for Seaworld guest as you can walk there from the hotel.

Nice getaway
Had a nice weekend getaway to this hotel. Beds were a bit hard and tv wasn’t working due to our recent hurricane, but the breakfast was great, rooms were nice, and the property was close to theme parks.

Everything was perfect, except there was no TV! They said it was an outage with spectrum and they were expecting to be back on the next day! But we were leaving the next day. We had came back from a concert and had planned on having a quiet evening having dinner in the nice kitchen that’s in the room and watching a good movie. But unfortunately, there was no television! And they did not let us know that when we checked in, I had to call down and ask them how to work the television and that’s when they told us that there was no cable. They charge $25 for parking and I think they should have Waived the parking fee in lieu of not having cable and the ability to watch TV Other than that everything was perfect

Our room had a broken air conditioner, and broken lock and broken hide a bed they eventually fixed all of these, except the cable was out our entire stay. Also the ice machine wasn’t working

Property was nice and clean. Near everything but still far enough from Disney traffic. I wasn’t thrilled with having to pay for parking but you have to take good with the bad I suppose.

Plenty of room traveling with 5 teenagers. Very clean and comfortable. Very convenient to Sea World Park. When booking on Expedia, just be aware there is a separate parking fee by the hotel of $28/night.
