This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel and it has been wonderful both times. The room was very clean and nice to stay in. We had plenty of room to keep our things and it’s extremely close to Universal Studios!

Everything was great, our room had an odd smell, but it didn’t interfere with much. I wish the bathroom had an actual door and not a barn door but other than that it was great.

I would suggest bigger and more garbage bins in the room. I was wondering too if cleaning of rooms include even a quick vacuum of the carpet? Overall our stay was good.

Would’ve given 5 stars but light housekeeping was offered after 2nd night but we never received it and we stayed longer. Also, toilet kept clogging and bathroom sink was the same. We’d go to the lobby to use the restroom and it would sometimes be clogged as well. Other than that, room was beautiful and big. Breakfast was good and loved the pool! I do plan on returning and again my family and I loved everything else besides these few hiccups.

Solid location and great free breakfast. Room was nice. Prices in the market were quite expensive and the limited hours to book the shuttle were a bit rough, but everything else was good.
