Clean rooms and spacious. Comfortable beds. The only thing i did not like was the AC faced one of the beds directly and it was a bit uncomfortable. Everyone else was good. I only sleept one night.

The breakfast had a wide variety of breakfast foods. The staff were very, very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. The bed’s was comfortable, and the pillow is wonderful.

Great location and convenient. Short walk to Universal but they also offer morning and night shuttles. Breakfast was good but not much variety. Sausage or ham every day but no bacon offered, Hyatt place right next door did though. Coffee could’ve been better. Please note that the beds while comfy are plush which was not good for my back, I prefer firmer beds. I could not talk more highly of the staff. Every staff member I spoke to or encountered was so hospitable and welcoming with smiles on their faces.

The suite bedroom with the kitchen was absolutely amazing! It had anything you could think of needing, and it was very comfortable as well. We visited Universal, and we were right next to the parks, so the location was also perfect. My only complaint is the market in the lobby because the prices were extremely expensive for really cheap products.

Everything was great except for the breakfast it was typical hotel food. The only other thing that was weird is you had to pay for parking on the lot. The hotel was nice clean and staff were great. We asked for early check in and they made it happen which was nice. It was close to Universal Studios which made it nice. I would stay there again.

Overall, my stay was good. The hotel was clean, and the staff was generally friendly and welcoming. The location was convenient, and the shuttle service to Universal was easy to schedule — though it’s about a 20-minute walk if you decide to go on foot, which we did a few times without much trouble. The only downsides were during check-in and housekeeping. We had an issue checking in, and the staff member at the desk wasn’t very understanding or patient — it seemed like the problem was on the hotel’s end, but their attitude made the process more stressful than it needed to be. We also didn’t have housekeeping during our stay (we weren’t there long, so it wasn’t a major issue), but we had to call down for clean towels and toilet paper. Aside from those small inconveniences, everything else was comfortable, and the overall experience was positive. I’d consider staying here again for the cleanliness, convenience, and easy access to the parks.

The hotel itself was very nice with modern facilities and extremely polite and helpful staff. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Perfect for a long weekend at the parks. Overall will definitely stay here again. I took one star off because of the parking fee. I just don’t understand why there is a need to pay for parking when it’s just a regular space. There are no garages or anything special imo to warrant a parking fee. Just a pet peeve of mine
