Quick check-in and check-out, the little market has always food and drinks, lots of elevators, is a good quiet place, the breakfast is good and has plenty of options, but just one day, they didn't cleaned our room, although it was a pretty good stay.

The staff were very friendly, couldnt do enough for you. Location was perfect for us just a short Uber/Lyft ride away from all the universal parks and not far from MCO. Rooms were spacious and cleaned regularly, the pool was a great addition and breakfast each morning was perfect for a busy day out!

First time I was ever in a hotel where every staff member treated me and my family amazingly. Felt like I was at Disneyworld still. Everyone bendingnover backwards to help us.

We had no problem with our stay. Hotel was nice, Breakfast was nice way to start the day. Fifteen years ago it was convenient to stay and go to Universal. Had miscalculated how things had grown. Shuttle was not really convenient to get to park so we just drove each day. Hotel with more frequent shuttle would have been a little better. Still a nice hotel.

The same breakfast was served every day, with no options to accommodate Muslims or vegetarians. Beverage choices were limited to coffee and tea, with no chocolate or child-friendly options available. The hotel was not family-friendly overall. Room cleaning was inadequate, and the toilets were not cleaned for an entire week. Basic amenities such as lotion were also not provided. Due to these issues, I will not be returning to this hotel. There were numerous additional concerns that further impacted my stay.

Rooms were spotless clean. Beds and pillows very comfortable. I liked the 2-queen studio layout with 2 TVs. It felt very spacious. The breakfast was amazing; the eggs tasted like butter and the potato hash was crispy. Coffee was also great, and I liked the fact that they didn't repeat the breakfast items. Staff was very courteous. We walked to Fridays, Tabla Indian restaurant, and to the outlets. Highly recommend Tabla.The shuttle to Universal was very convenient. The pool size was great, but even though the water was heated it was cold for us. I would definitely go back.

The room waa good. However breakfast was the same thing everyday. We got fedup of the same thing. There needs to be a variety. Also the blankets were old and worn out. We even got one with a big hole in it.

Staff partially cleans rooms. Left dirty dishes and cleaning is only for 2nd day. If it’s partially cleanings it would be nice to have it daily. However rooms are nice!
