My room had to be switched because there was a bug in my bed crawling so I killed it & took a photo. My room was then switched. Needless to say there was a bad taste in my mouth after that. The front desk was very helpful, but this hotel needs a new cleaning staff. Wen my room was cleaned there were clean towels & bed was made. However, there were still dirty coffee cups in my sink. I was so disappointed. Hyatt-Place, never again.

Everything was great.. Don't waste your time having breakfast though .It was the worst breakfast that I ever had..It's open until 9:30..Don't waste your time..You are better off getting more sleep

I chose this hotel as it was close to Universal Studios. The place was clean, staff was friendly, and the continental breakfast was good. I do wish that there was a shuttle to and from Universal Studios however.
