Bath room is very tiny. They say free continental breakfast which is very similar to other two or one star hotel. They don’t clean the room on alternate days despite the request. Parking is extra. We don’t need to pay any extra buck for this hotel which is like any other hotel that has two stars. I would not go again. The only positive thing is that area is safe.

We were greeted with a smile & made to feel very welcome immediately! The room was spacious & comfortable. The bathroom was a little small. But not a deal breaker! Very centrally located.

Looks like a new hotel, room was very clean and spacious and price was good. Area is busy with lots of stuff to do and dining. Only surprised we had was to pay for the parking with an app. Typically parking is included. I don’t think I saw that when I booked the room.

The perfect motel
Check in was easy, we didnt get there until 11pm. Everything was clean! The beds and pillows were super soft, so was the sofa. The shower we couldnt figure out how to get super hot though. There was free breakfast, they had everything there. I have 0 complaints. The rooms were sound proof so there was literally no extra noise. One of the best motels weve stayed in, in awhile.

Pets all over the place. I suggest that pets be restricted to a certain floor only. Not every floor should have guest with pets. Maybe the ground floor only as it was very uncomfortable riding an elevator with pets!

Nice hotel
Elevators are extremely slow. More are needed for the amount of floors. Breakfast was also empty for a while and not much organization on plates. They are over the food and people have the reach over everything.

Hyatt Place stay
The hotel is in a great spot, the concierge was very friendly and helpful. The main problem is the very old AC system. It was loud and uncontrollable, we had to change rooms due to the loudness of the AC and still it seems the next room was the same. I was up most of the night with it starting and stopping, we just could not get a comfortable Temperature or a quiet AC. That’s really my only complaint. Besides the maintenance guy not speaking a word of English so I could tell him what was the problem. It didn’t seem he knew how to fix it anyway. Also, the poor Concierge had to work the front desk, bar and kitchen by himself, which is ridiculous.
