The room was not as described, Hugh stains on the carpet. No shower curtain, and when we called the front desk for a curtain in took forever to get it. The TV didn’t work at first there was no cable cord, then when they placed one on it, the picture was so bad as 80’s TV had a better picture. No WiFi at all, then they tried to charge for both services. No wash cloths, no bath Matt, No blankets, bed spreads. Paint pealing. No signage on property for ice machines.

The property is easy to get to, but difficult to navigate with it's weird parking lot barriers. Checking in took quite awhile, it looked like there was meant to be a fast lane for if you booked through Expedia or something similar, but there was only one guy at the time and a line to the door. There's a cool mini golf place next door with a Cicis buffet, lots of other food options nearby. Quiet night, comfy beds. Minimal cable channels. The room had signs of water damage on the furniture and ceilings. The shower was great though.

The carpet looked like someone died or gave birth it was so stained. Nothing in the room for ice or a coffee maker. The check in process to as long as the drive to get there.

Bugs in the room. Door would not lock automatically (you have to shove it hard for it to lock). Stains on the bedsheets and walls. Babies crying in the other room at midnight. Truly an awful experience. Just pony up the extra $50 to stay somewhere better.

This was by far the worst experience I ever had. We had to wait two hours in a line with no one willing to communicate with us what is going on just to find out they gave our room away. I called 4 times that day to confirm our flight was arriving late at 11:30 pm, we were there just before midnight, at 2:07 after giving the person in front of us a room they told us they had none left due to a party that didn't check out and that it wasn't their problem.

Nothing like the pictures
The hotel is nothing like the pictures. Is super old and outdated. The carpet was stained, dirty and it smelled like mold. I only stayed for one night. The door and the outside looked bad like if you were staying at the cheapest hotel ever. I checked in late and they gave me a room all the way in the back. I felt so worried walking to my room it felt so isolated on that side on building 6 room 334. I would definitely never return to this place. The bathroom was dirty and full of hair same on the bedsheets, I honestly only stayed because it was late and I was with my disabled brother so I wasn’t going to make a big deal and leave to try to find availability somewhere else. But I wouldn’t recommend it nor come back. The owner needs and should invest in this property.

THIS HOTEL HAD FRESH BLOOD ON 2 BEDS. ONE ROOM DID NOT HAVE A HANDLE OR LOCK. ACTIVE BED BUGS. MANAGER TOLD US SHE WOULD REFUND THE 2 ROOMS AND NOW IS AVOIDING HOTELS.COM WHEN THEY CALL FOR THE REFUND APPROVAL.

They changed my room from double beds to king. The sink was clogged and we were unable to use it. Tub was dirty. When we got to the front desk to check in, there were another 4 families wanting either another room or their money back. Bad experience overall. Should’ve known better

Do not stay here!! I repeat, Do not stay here!! The price points lures you in but the staff are not friendly, the facility is not clean and the wait times for checking in are atrocious. I lost my initial deposit but I would not have stayed and did not stay.
