Located at the Villas at Island Club. This Gated Resort is located off Hwy 192 & Lindfields Blvd. Near All Attractions- Only 5 miles to Disney’s Main Gate, 14 miles to SeaWorld, 18 miles to Universal Studios and 25 miles from Orlando International Airport.

Enjoy all the comforts of home in this 3 bedroom 2 bath condo. This 2nd floor end unit overlooks the resort amenities & will sleep up to 8 people. It has a king size bed in the primary bedroom with full size private bath & balcony, there is a queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom and 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom. There are also 2 folding beds in the unit (these are best suited for children and young adults). This unit has 4 TV’s all with Roku. Watch live TV thru the Roku channel guide or log-in to use your own Netflix, Hulu or other streaming accounts.

The condo is fully furnished with fully equipped kitchen that includes full size appliances, microwave, 12 cup drip coffee maker, dishes, utensils, pots and pans. There is also a washer and dryer plus linens and towels in your unit (pool towels are NOT included).

This is a large complex and it has 2 heated pools, spa, club house with fitness room, Free WiFi in condo as well as at the club house and pool area, tennis courts, BBQ area and a Childs tot lot.

There is always something here to keep you and the kids busy when you are not at the parks all day. It's just a short drive to many of your favorite restaurants, grocery stores, souvenir shops, golf courses & more.

Located only 2.5 mile away is the new Margaritaville Resort, Island H20 Live Water Park & the Promenade at Sunset Walk. This beautiful outdoor entertainment district is home to casual eateries, fine dining, shopping & entertainment.

Other things to note: We supply you with a starter kit consisting of: 2 toilet paper rolls & 2 soaps per bathroom, 1 travel size bottle of shampoo per bathroom, 1 roll paper towels, laundry soap for 1 load, 2 dishwasher pods & a 4 oz bottle of dish detergent & 2 trash bags per container. From there it is your responsibility to replenish as needed . Extra supplies must be purchased at the store.

The lowest the AC temperature can go is 72 degrees, any lower will cause the AC to freeze up & stop working.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, which features a private pool. There's a private balcony or patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker, and housekeeping is provided on request.

The condo was clean and ready when we arrived. All the communication with the owners was great. They responded quickly and helped us out on a holiday! We had a great stay and everything was as described. We enjoyed our family vacation.

Fine for a short stay

The property was fine. Communication was easy. We did buy some ant spray the first night. King mattress seemed new and was very comfortable. No soap in the bathrooms. Most places we stay have it, so we don't travel with it. Otherwise, it was a good place for a last minute quick weekend.
