We stayed 8 nights in different rooms (we we’re 5) First they have that cleaning thing of every 3 do cleaning; if u ask me only 1 time they did in the 8 nights. You had to beg for toilet paper as well. And the worst thing ever we got stuck at Orlando for the Milton hurricane; we asked what's the protocol because our flight was canceled and we ask if we could book for the extra days (which was from Wednesday to Sunday) they told us that they were sold out that they could not do anything and that we had to check out. We checked out a day before and they didn't even ask us why, just they didn't care. And breakfast was the same every day, quite limited without variety. In the end we found another hotel that when explaining they even gave us a really better rate for the situation.

Overall, peaceful. I got a room and one of my beds had a hole in it. I called to complain to avoid talking in the lobby. Three times, each time they said they would send someone up. I finally fell asleep. When i woke up in am, i had slid in the hole. I called again, but couldn't wait for someone because i had a funeral to attnd. I came back, mattress still there. I go to the lobby to complain and they switch our room. They attempted to switch to the 1st floor but the smell was horrible in that area. We ended up on the 5th. If you dont care about overall experience, take your chance. It is clean, buffet breakfast (only 1 meat and its pork), the lake area is nice but water muddy so no swimming, but they do have a lovely pool.

The staff was awesome and the decor was really nice. Having free breakfast was a plus as well. The room was spacious, had a nice balcony which I didn’t know until I got there. So that was an added bonus. The bathroom after day 1 had ants all over the floor. We didn’t have any food in there so it was odd and I am unsure where the ants came from. The beds are comfy and it’s super quiet. Outside of needing a little updating in small crevices the hotel wasn’t bad. All common areas were very clean and very nicely organized.

I was charged for a separate resort fee of $30 per day on top of the daily rate I reserved the room for that I was not aware of. Everything else about the hotel was very nice.

I honestly would not stay here again. Property does not look like the photos. I am by no means a picky traveler but a lot of the staff does seem to not enjoy their jobs. Check is was not pleasant. Train your staff on customer service no reason for three people to be at the desk with no acknowledgment of the customer in front of them. Being friendly and smiling goes a long way. If you don't like your job it's time to look for another one.
