Beautiful hidden gem. Staff were always friendly. Excellent facilities in the suites, and we got a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom king suite without asking. Housekeeping called Wednesday and Sunday and made up beds which was an unanticipated treat, plus cleared all bins and replenished all towels, and kitchen provisions. Couldn't fault this resort hotel, and we have siad we would not hesitate in coming back. Excellent central location in Kissimmee and perfect for easy reach to all things Disney! Only 12 -17 min drive to parks, depending which one you choose. No complaints at all.

Lovely stay
It was a lovely stay very enjoyable and relaxing. Love the huge bath tub and full kitchen with all needed items from toaster to blender and regular fridge which is a plus compared to many hotels. Jacuzzis throughout the property and tennis court. Beautiful plants across the resort with cozy sitting areas. Also a waterfall with a lake . Definitely will come back.

Segunda vez que me hospedo con mi familia de 5 persona.. Tremendo hotel, servicio, limpieza, comodidad, cereca de los parques de Disney 15 min. Y 20 min. de Universal. 10 min. de old town... 5 min de Wallmart, comercios y restaurantes.. de verdad que esta espectacular... cada vez que visite a Orlando este sera mi hospedaje....
