Overall good experience at a convenient location but pricey for a 2-3 star hotel. Friendly staff and free parking. Hallways could get very noisy during housekeeping hours.

Good staff but bad appearance
Once you get inside you are fine. Hotel sits behind stores and has a chain link fence around it. Looks shady. Extra security was on site because of “incidents”. Didn’t feel safe. It really needs an exterior overhaul and entrance modification.

Refused to waive puppy fee even though Governor DeSantis had issued a mandate that those seeking shelter during Hurricane Milton should not be required to pay puppy fee. Took advantage of those displaced due by a hurricane

While this is an older Quality Inn & Suites, it is very well-maintained and a fair price. Also, the rooms are very sound-proof. We stay at this hotel in order to evacuate from gulf coast during hurricane Milton. I will definitely stay again if I need to evacuate. While I could not give the hotel a perfect 5 stars on every category, I would recommend it to others for a clean, comfortable stay.

This property was well maintained and located back off the main road. Though the property was dated the management took pride in keeping the facilities contemporary. I would stay again if we are in the area again.

Location is ideal for visiting Osceola Heritage Center. Walking distance to Denny's. Room was clean. Staff was nice. Quiet hotel. Hotel needs updating. Carpet is worn. Ice machine was not working. Did not look at pool or exercise room.

While making coffee the lady rushed over to push the button for me and try to help because they want their “tips.”. I can make my own breakfast at a SELF SERVE breakfast bar. Tips are for waiters/bartenders that ARENT making minimum wage as a way to actually survive. I want to be left alone in the morning. Also please stop using whatever fragrance thing you did in the rooms because it smelled awful the entire time even with the bathroom fan running on repeat. We left a day early and cut our losses.
