Good service from the employees, good location, dirty and stained hallway carpets, rooms in poor condition, towels in poor condition and they offer a poor breakfast (no eggs, no ham, no cheese, no sausage).

Just don’t….
Booked a king room. Pay at hotel thru hotels.com. Prior to arrival my card was authorized for 2 separate amounts which totaled the cost of the room. Arrived at hotel, was then charged again for the total cost of the room. So even before setting foot in the room, my card was authorized double the total cost of the room. Got to the room, it was 2 queens and smelled horrible. We checked out early and went to another room.

Other then the room being a little musty it was great for our needs. We really wanted an affordable property with free parking. There is free breakfast and daily housekeeping service. It was clean and comfortable.

This is a middle of the road hotel. Pros: It's conveniently located. The staff is very friendly. The rooms were clean. They have a shuttle to Universal (although it leaves late and comes back before the park closes). They have a small pool. Cons: It needs major updating. The rooms smell like mold. The breakfast is mediocre. Bottom line: If you're not picky and you'll be spending most of your time at Universal Orlando Resort, it's worth the money just to have a place to lay your head.

Just checked out of Quality Inn today. Enjoyed our two night stay very much. Hotel is extremely close to Universal Studios which was the goal. Our room was perfect. It was clean and bed was very comfortable. We really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. The eating area was clean and organized. Had wonderful encounters checking in and checking out. We also spoke with other staff and everyone was very helpful and kind. I have a Universal Annual Pass and enjoy staying over night. Great job! I will be back.

We loved the location and our room was very clean. The free parking was great! We were disappointed in the shuttle service, it only ran1 time to and from the parks. And our air conditioning unit was super loud, making it hard to sleep. We still enjoyed our stay.

Not worth it
The hotel room was humid and sticky feeling upon arrival, our shoes were sliding on the floor. AC unit was leaking and carpet was wet. Key cards stopped working during stay. Breakfast options were not very good. Bed was very hard and pillows were uncomfortable.
