The room size was great for 2 people. It was very clean and the shower was pleasant. The front desk staff was very friendly. There was a nice variety of food for the continental breakfast. The coffee in the lobby (24/7) was a great touch and something of which we took full advantage. There was free parking and in the area where we were, that was a nice amenity. It's one of the primary reasons we stayed there. The hotel looked relatively new. It was in a location with some restaurants and other places to go during the evenings. I would say it would have been helpful to have a dresser in the room. There was a closet and some shelves, but no dresser. Also, there was some sort of air freshener in the lobby that was very overpowering and unpleasant.

Everything was perfect until I went to flush the toilet and had it over flowing and clogged…. I went to the front desk around 7:30 only to be told that the cleaning staff won’t be in till about 8 and was offered a plunger instead.

Had room service everyday. A nice breakfast spread was there to enjoy each morning. There’s a shuttle for universal that runs every 10-15 minutes. Staff was nice and were available to chat through text if you didn’t want to go to the front desk.
