BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL! as a well traveled person, please listen to me when i say to stay literally anywhere else in the orlando area but this hotel. where do i begin… to start at the most recent thing to happen, a week after our stay, the hotel charges another person in my family’s card for the entire stay AGAIN after it had already been paid by another person. the only way they would’ve even gotten his card info was when he swiped his card to buy a water at the hotel. they then used that card information to book an entire two night stay on his card after our stay had already been paid in full on another card. also, we killed multiple roaches in the hotel while staying there. flashback to before the stay, i booked this hotel months ago with expedia. i chose the pay at hotel option like i always do and it’s never given me any trouble. the night before our stay, i was randomly charged $200 over what my total was for the whole stay. i hadn’t even left for my trip yet. i called the hotel front desk, and the person who answered was so rude. he told me i had to be in the hotel by 11 pm or he’d cancel our whole reservation. meanwhile, other hotels i’ve stayed at have been very cooperative with late flights and just make notes on the reservation. i called hilton customer service and then weren’t much better unfortunately. they talked to me condescendingly basically seemed mad that i used expedia. if you do research on this place, so many people have similar stories.
