Hated that sink/vanity were open and right when you walked into the room instead of being in the bathroom where you could close the door. Water pressure of shower not good. Bathtub wouldn't stop dripping when turned off and toilet was hard to flush. Volume on TV was not good. Housekeeping staff very loud talking to each other and laughing in the halls or in rooms where they were cleaning. One afternoon they were still cleaning at around 4 and making a lot of noise. No microwave or coffee machine in the room but coffee was available on 1st floor. Only one elevator and it was slow and jerked alot. This facility was not up to the Hilton standards of the other hotels of theirs that I have stayed at.

Very clean. The hotel is a 10 min drive to Universal, Orlando. There is a shuttle to the park but it only runs twice a day, once at 8:10am to the park and again at 5:30 pm from the park back to the hotel. We Ubered daily for about $8.00 each way. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Appreciated that they held our luggage after check out until we were ready to head to the airport. Would stay again.

We booked a king studio room. The first night there was no hot water in the shower, so we ended up taking cold showers after traveling all day. The next day, maintenance could not fix the water situation, so we had to move to another room. Instead of giving us another studio room, we got a cramped room with 2 queen size beds, we had paid the extra for the bigger room. The manager said that he would refund us $50 per night for the three nights we were there for the inconvenience, He refunded just $50 total. We have been Hilton Honors members for years. We are used to Hilton standards, and we did not get them with this hotel. There were no glasses in the room for water. The soap in the shower was attached to the wall with no bar soap for a bath. Very difficult to reach while bathing. Housekeeping did not wipe down the counters when they cleaned the room. There is one elevator for the entire hotel, and it is very noisy and bouncy. We were very disappointed with Spark by Hilton!
