Our check in experience was very poor. We traveled as a family group (total if 4 rooms). The attendant was unwelcoming & appeared to be bothered when I requested the rooms be nearby each other. As a hilton honors member I was able to see the availability & room bedding type in the mobile check in - he claimed that the room type we selected could not be issued those rooms (but ai was able to do so via the app). He ended up changing all of our reservations to a less desirable location. The room attendants & breakfast staff, on the other hand, were very accommodating & friendly.

The tv did not work. We were told we had to move to another room. It took forever to resolve and our dinner got cold waiting Staff did not assist. The ac was obnoxiously loud. Staff DID NOT FILL ANY SUPPLIES NOR CHANGE THE SHEETS!! The sheets had a make up stain from myself. When we got back th3 SAME sheets was on the bed. Wow HILTON???? I REACHED OUT TO THE FRONT DESK AND THE MANAGER ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS AND WAS TOLD I WOULD GET A CALL BACK FROM THE PROPERTY MANAGER.AND THAT NEVER HAPPENED. THAT IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL.

This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. The room was not clean—there was dirt in the bathtub, and later I found hair under the bed sheets. When I reported it, the only solution offered was to change rooms. The night front desk rep, Alfredo, told me I had to wait 20 minutes due to a system audit. When I explained I was exhausted and asked for help when he was available, he raised his voice and said he was busy. The general manager never followed up about my experience. Overall, this hotel is low quality, with a very basic breakfast and no hot food. Spend a little more and stay somewhere else.
