Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the location was good. There were a few bumps and noises in the night but not much you can do about other guests excitement and it was not excessive.

Highly recommend, great no car needed reason lably priced hotel to attend a convention the Orange County Convention Center, ( I trolley available right next door as well as a wonderful IHOP restaurant. Free breakfast at hotel filled us up until lunch time each day, high end hotel renovation just completed, and staff actually welcoming you back each day were just some of our memorable moments of our trip. Also walkable distance to Universal studios as well as a trolley stop for their shuttle. We would definitely book this hotel again if visiting Orlando.
