This brand new vacation home has 5 luxurious bedrooms for you and the entire family. The living area provides plenty of seating on the large comfy sectional sofa. Gather everyone around to watch a show or sports game after a long day of adventures around the Orlando area. There's a separate area with fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs or just to warm up a midnight snack from one of the delicious restaurants nearby. The breakfast bar with 3 stools is ideal for a casual quick meal in the morning to energize the start of your day. For a more formal meal especially for the holidays, there's a dining area that seats 6. The main sliding doors to the patio can be accessed via the living area where you can relax under the covered lanai or cool off in the pool. Soak the evening away in the spillover spa. Enjoy your meals in the dining room if you find that you need a break from the Florida sun or dine al fresco at the patio table during the cooler mornings and evenings.

There are 2 master suites with king size beds, one downstairs and the other upstairs with en-suite bathrooms each with dual sinks. A restful night's sleep in these cozy beds is sure to accompany the eventful days. Kids will love the Mickey and friends themed bedroom.

Here you and your family can loosen up and choose from multiple activities to play such as XBox, foosball, and air hockey which has an optional cover for ping pong. The TV is also connected to a Roku for streaming. Upstairs in the loft you can play a game of pool or play a board game on the games table. An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents

Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.

Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
