Great location. Overall was clean. Beds were very comfy. Curtains blocked out all light at night The room had a musty smell when we first entered. Lighting wasn’t the best. It was completely dark by the closet area. I hated that the bathroom had no ventilator.

Overall the stay was great. Two things were not up to par though. First, I reserved a room with a walk-in shower for my Mom and we didn’t get it. Upon check-in, the person advised there was not one available at any time during my stay. Second, for a handicap room the beds are too high. It was really difficult for my Mom to get in and out of the bed without assistance from me even though she is capable of doing so on her own. The bed was too high for her. Aside from that, the stay was enjoyable and the room was clean. Staff was very welcoming.

The property is quite small only with pool and limited gym equipment - dont need much if you plan a hectic itinerary. Rooms were large enough noted the carpet and sofa could be cleaner. Variety at beeakfast almost the same thing everyday gets boring after 7days. Upstairs view spectacular..could see the orlando eye from our rooms. Iride stop just out front can take you to many of the attractions in the area. Awesome place!

The whole hotel smells like a mixture of cigarettes, mold and mildew, and some chemical to cover up the other smells. Our room had stains all over the couch and chair and walls. The ceiling was peeling. The bed had hair all over it. We didn’t even stay, we checked out within 2 hours. Gross. The one lady at the front was very nice but the other completely ignored us and didn’t speak to us when we asked her where the pool was. Even the pool had mold in it. We just wanted someplace to stay 1 night so we didn’t have to drive back to north port but we ended up just driving back.

Staff were really nice & professional. Minor issue with extra linen for the sofa bed, but that was addressed. Room was cleanned. Good selection on breakfast. Dining, shopping centers& Sea Life are nearby!
