The place was honestly great, my only complaint was the hotel alarm went off early in the morning and no staff came out to inform anyone about what was going on. Someone or something set off the alarm and not even an explanation or apology.

This hotel was a nice surprise, hidden right behind one of the main avenues. The room was really spacious for our family stay with a kitchen included and the staff service amazing. I will be back to stay here.

This hotel is great for location to the parks and has great amenities for the price. Staff here were also great and made check-in a breeze!

The pictures do not depict what you are getting upon arrival, deceiving. The building has had a half done reno so to speak. The door entrance to the room, is not sealed properly, critters can get in. The bathroom door looks like someone chewed the botton half of it, covered in bubbles. Shower water pressure was low. Bathtub needed some upgrading. The front desk staff was great. We stayed there for 3 days, had breakfast on our last day. Found that staff watches what guests are eating and limit how much they serve them. To top it off the workers decide to empty the garbage cans that werent even full, right next to eating guest tables. Waving the garbage bags around guests Very unprofessional.

The hotel staff was very nice and the property was clean, with very comfortable beds. The breakfast was not very good., but i would stay there again because of the location, the comfort and the great staff

Perfect for stay as close to where wanted as need to be to walk or use Uber at reasonable price. Disappointed we didn’t get hot breakfast on two of our three day stay. This was due to something being broken but still Plenty of choice.

The breakfast is limited. The “omelets” are gross. They have staff that portions out the hot breakfast items, which is unusual. The resort fee/day is completely outrageous for the limited amenities that they have available. The parking lot had a lot of people that did not appear to be hotel guests standing around drinking and smoking for large periods of time. This hotel is very close to a mini amusement park. So it looks like some people are parking at the hotel and then walking over to the amusement park even though they are not guests. Due to all the extra people parking in the lot, we had a hard time finding a parking space. This hotel really needs gated security to make sure only hotel guests are parking in their lot. For the comparable price, Hilton’s Embassy Suites has full hot breakfast with made to order omelets, full hot breakfast, fresh fruit, with complimentary evening reception with drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic) and snacks in the evenings. We’ll be sticking with Embassy Suites.

The stay was good. Room was clean except they need to clean the carpeting. The breakfast was crap. The employees stand around doing nothing and talking really loud right in front of you when your eating. I just woke up so every noise is amplified. When I say crap for Bfast, I mean CRAP! The pictures are nowhere near what it s. You will see nice fruits in the pics. What you get is half-rotten bananas and old oranges. Want yogurt? It's dispensed in a cup. All tables were not wiped properly and were all sticky from syrup. Minus the crap Bfast, it was an ok stay

Loved our stay! It is perfect for family vacations. Only thing we weren’t too happy with was the size of the breakfast area compared to the amount of people that were at hotel. The lines were long barely any tables to sit at not sure if it was because of live day weekend or just every weekend.

I loved it it had the convenience of a hotel with the feel of an apartment would stay again. It is a little outdated but for the time we were actually in the room it worked for us.
