Very clean, easy check in process, plenty of towels, book with information easily accessible. I do wish the listing noted that in order to access the encore resort amenities you need to cross what is essentially a 4 lane highway. You can walk but for safety concerns with kids we drove. I also wish they would black out the locked bedroom on the floor plan of the pictures. The listing says only 4 bedrooms but the images still show a 5th bedroom that is no accessible for guests (likely for supplies etc) The house was very clean and I was happy with the amount of kitchen utensils. The video game machine does work you just need to unplug and plug it back in and you cannot smash all the buttons at once. Would be nice to include a pack and play/high chair for guests with small children. Amenities of encore are great! Older kids had a wonderful time.

Our stay was very disappointing, unfortunately. We first got there to find our hot tub completely empty. We called maintenance and they did respond quickly and come out to "fix the hot tub" which did not work and when we returned from the park, it was empty again, so we decided to fill it ourselves, just to find out that in order for the hot tub to be "hot" we had to pay even more money to heat it. Which we did, and it never heated up. So I had to call maintenance again, they sent someone out to "fix" it, which again, was not fixed correctly and the hot tub never got hot. SO our 5th day there, we returned from a long day in Disney and really hoped the hot tub was fixed, but yet again it was completely empty. Very disappointing to stay somewhere with expectations that are nowhere what they seem. Also, it was not fun spending multiple different occasions on the phone trying to fix thins, taking time away from my family on vacation. Then the check-out process is a LOT. We paid an almost $300 cleaning fee but then were expected to basically clean the whole condo ourselves, including stripping bedding and doing the dishes before we left. This was the complete opposite of a 5-star accommodation. And after being home now for a few days, we found that our money we paid extra for the hot tub had still not been reimbursed, and now have to call again to fix that issue as well.

Good overall
Great house. Only complaint was we ordered a bbq and they didn’t deliver it until day 2 but day one was when we needed it. I called they told me I would get a call back but I had to case them. Other then that the property was great and the house was great.

Good stay, but not great - See inside
First, the good: House itself was excellent. It was clean, there was plenty of room, very comfortable. It is part of the Encore community and included amenities include a water park with slides, a high-end splash pad, pool, gym, bar, restaurant. On site pool and spa are also really nice to have. Before reading on, note I would absolutely rent this home again despite the areas for improvement below. Opportunities Property Manager: Slow to respond through the app. Had to call the office twice to resolve an issue with the pool where the water level was below the filter. Got charged a whole week for pool heat but could only really use the pool for half the stay. Game Room: Half of the items in the game room were unusable. One of the air hockey paddles was broken, and only 2 of 10 darts actually had a functioning tip. I tried calling to resolve but my request was not accommodated. Stocked amenities: For a luxury rental, they were really skimpy on basic amenities. You get one roll of paper towels for a week. No facial tissue or hand soap. Not really any extra towels. One tab of laundry detergent. We actually ran out of toilet paper in two bathrooms. Big opportunity to improve on this. As a high end renter, I expect better basic accommodations. Limited A/C: Could not turn the A/C down below 72, even at night. Everyone slept hot, and there were no box fans or anything available in the house to compensate. Finally, a note on location: Encore is a two-sided community, and this home is on the other side of the road from the community amenities. Getting from one side to the other is a pain--you can't really walk it, and you can only turn one way on the main road, and it's not the way you want to go. We didn't know this going in, and it contributed to massive confusion at check-in as well because the intercom gate agent basically told us we needed a pass to get in, and we were told by the property manager to get our pass at the gate. You need to go to the main gate which is staffed, on the other side of the road.

Very clean, kid friendly, and in a great location.
Our family stayed for 5 nights total and enjoyed the property. It was very clean with nice furniture and appliances. Plan to bring all food items and other kitchen items that you may need, as they only have utensils, a coffee pot, a toaster, a blender, pots and pans. The pool was the biggest asset to us on our stay. The kids spent hours in the pool and my husband and I enjoyed the hot tub. The location is great, close to a Walmart, Aldi, and Starbucks. The waterpark is a great attraction a short distance away. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet and family friendly. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful and EASY week
I traveled with my family (2 adults and 3 kids) to this home and we had a wonderful week. We have stayed at Encore before, so we knew we loved the resort, but it was our first time at this house. My boys (7 and 4) were obsessed with the game room in the garage. They played for hours at a time. The house was clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We grocery shopped and cooked at home for breakfast and dinner, which is so convenient and more budget-friendly. Grocery stores are located nearby. Note that the pool and hot tub are not heated without an additional charge. We didn’t want to pay that, so we used the resort pool, which has a great water park for kids (and adults!) to enjoy. Also, we reserved on VRBO and found out after reserving that we would have to visit the property management office (about 5 minutes from the resort) to complete our reservation before we were able to check in. That was a slight inconvenience because our toddler had endured a long travel day and was melting down in the car. But, they were quick to get us in and out. We reserved a crib for an additional charge and it was waiting for us upon arrival. We had such a fun week with our kids and we’re sad to leave.
