Less than  10 miles from Disney. This spacious  4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms. Sparkling Private Pool with Covered Patio. Free WIFI, Free Cable and  Central AC and Heating. Washer and Dryer . A great home for the family to enjoy. A fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar is the perfect spot to entertain!

A Few minutes from the main road of 192 where you find Restaurants, Supermarkets, and Stores like: Walmart Supermarket, Aldi Grocery, Bravo Supermarket, Home Depot, Big Loss, Ross Dress for Less, Winghouse of Kissimmee, Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament. The Loop is a 20 minutes  drive away where can also find a choice of restaurants, stores, and a 16-screen cinema. Perfect close location if intend to visit a funfair and the weekend exhibition of Classic American Automobiles in Old Town. About 20 minutes from Universal Parks.

The living room has a huge sectional sofa that guests can sit back and relax and have plenty of space for the family. Wi-Fi is available to help keep you connected to friends and family far away. There is a plasma TV and DVD player in the living room, excellent for family movie nights

Resort Style Terra Verde surrounded by 3- acres lake.  Minutes from the Old Town of Kissimmee, which has plenty of bars, restaurants, shops, adrenaline filled rides, and evening entertainment. Nearby is a great shopping development, with plenty of America’s famous stores including Ross, Famous Footwear and Aéropostale along with restaurants and a 16-screen cinema. Disney is approximately a fifteen minute drive away and Universal and SeaWorld are no further than a twenty-five minute car ride away. The resort facilities include a health spa, communal swimming pools, sports courts, a gym, a games room and an outdoor Tiki bar for cold and refreshing drinks around the pool.

BBQ grill and Pool Heat are additional fees. A services fee of $50 will be applied for the pool heating order placed less than 7 days before arrival.

Horrible Experience!!!
We were given the wrong code to enter the property, they did not issue a credit for the missed day, the pool man said pool had a leak, the level dropped about 5" a day. Master bath window would not lock. No balls for foos ball table. Pool table felt tore up, missing ball, no tips on pool sticks. Half of lights in home were out. The property manager and well as homeowner were unreachable. Property manager need to be replaced. She was very rude and kept sending messages thru email and finally caught on that i wanted them to go thru VRBO. This house should be taken off of VRBO's house rental list until repairs are completed.

Needs a good deep cleaning and general maintenance
The house overall was okay, but needs a good deep cleaning. The location was close to the major theme parks and the gated subdivision was nice. The bathroom floors were dirty and showers had grime in the corners. There was a mismatch of worn bath towels and you will need to supply your own washcloths. Vinyl plank flooring in the bedrooms was nice but area rugs were worn and curled up on the edges. Low quality furniture in the bedrooms and the bunk bed was very loose and wiggly. Furniture in living room not as pictured—there is a large couch, table and 2 tiny chairs that are more suited for a child or decorative. Dining room table legs were wobbly so didn’t use. Lights in the living wouldn’t always turn on/off with the remote. Light in the pool was out so couldn’t see in the pool at night. Outdoor patio furniture not as pictured in listing—the are no lounging chairs, the faux wicker table is rusted, sagging and needs to be thrown away. The chairs around the other patio table wiggled and had loose bolts and dirty cushions. The grill was locked so I guess that was another extra cost I wasn’t willing to pay for. Pool was small but overall good. The cement around the pool needs to be power washed. Kitchen was okay. Bring your own dishcloth and dish towel, solo cups (only coffee cups to use) and spoons unless you want to eat with serving spoons. Garage “game area” doesn’t really have anything that is useable. Laundry facilities were good although the dryer must not be vented to the outside so it feels like a sauna in the garage when the dryer is on. The slider doors didn’t have locks so you had to use the metal bars provided to secure doors at night. The communication with the rental business was okay. I had to email them two days prior to our arrival as I had not heard anything from them since I made the full payment.

Beautiful House needs a lot of maintenance
Location and resort area is great. Paid to have the pool heated however 2 days before check in we were notified that the pool heat was broken and not able to be fixed. We are still waiting to be refunded for pool heat. Pool was dirty and full of bugs and there was a skimmer with no net. Pool would not maintain the water level which apparently was an issue a year ago and still has not been fixed. Outside furniture was damaged. Deck furniture shown in pictures is not accurate. Kitchen lacked towels and basic cooking supplies. Pool table is crumbling and pool cues are broken/in bad repair. We asked numerous times for property management to call us which they never did.

Great family vacation stay!
Our stay was great! From the nice location and grounds, friendly staff and management with prompt communication, we would definitely come back again! Just a few complaints... Pool had a lot of dead bugs in it but there was a pool net so we were able to get majority of them out. A piece of furniture was stained so no one used it and it needs to be replaced. Shower curtains could be cleaned better to get rid of water stains and buildup, if not, replaced. But overall, it was a clean house and would recommend to others. We look forward to coming again!

Furniture was very worn, and the outside furniture was so bad that we could not use it. The pool table was very worn and I think many have had termites. The pool leaked and the water drained out, so we could not use it.

Comfortable. Needs updating.
With 6 adults, 4 rooms provided a very comfortable space for everyone to relax privately. There are 2 en-suite bathrooms and 2 rooms share the hallway bathroom. The garage has been converted to a game/laundry room. The bathrooms uf mismatched towels and basic toiletries. The kitchen was missing hand towels but did have a small dish soap, one roll paper towel and sponge as well as some basic cooking items. Overall, the house could use some fresh paint and upkeep. Baseboard were scuffed and doors need a good scrubbing from use. Again, it was a comfortable stay, large enough for everyone to spread out but 20 minutes from Epcot and Disney Springs (which was the reason for the trip). Homes in this community are a mix of renters and owners. The home is so close to the next that you could hear their outdoor pool conversations inside the master room way into the night! Property management was prompt to questions/concerns and check in process was easy.
