Clean and spacious

All as advertised, great location to Disney, lots of space, lots of bathrooms. Property manager super responsive. One issue - and maybe that’s just our luck - neighbors were super loud on multiple times and partying on the patio late into the night. I asked once to quiet down, left notes under the door and looks like HOA doesn’t handle “noise complaints”. We asked property manager to let owner know to talk to the owner of the adjacent unit to add extra notice on quiet hours etc. not fun to have loud parties outside after all day at Disney and whole family trying to sleep. But otherwise - great place and it was a fantastic price for the value

Disney vacation and the locations to the parks was great.

We didn't need to park on the street but it was a concern with so much parking on the street by the residents just driving on the street was challenge. One of the lights over the breakfast was was out and replaced on Dec 26, 2020. Came back to the condo that evening and the door was unlocked and not completely shut. Everythink inside was safe and thankful for that. The light was still not working and we unscrewed the blub. Twice the downstairs stool had to be plunged. We were happly with the condo but I think you would like to know about these few items. Vickey Horton

We had a party of 10 in our family. This place was PERFECT! Everyone had their own space just like back home. And enough bedrooms and bathrooms as well. The kitchen is big enough for everyone to enjoy. Our family had the best time. This place is great.

Property manager was very helpful, great stay. Only a couple of recommendations that would be helpful if used again: *twin bed mattresses are very very uncomfortable, upgrading would be nice *no water pressure in shower attached to queen bed, hard to even washout shampoo *

The house was amazing. The description was very accurate and accommodating. My family were very impressed with the smart house gadgets. My only complaint and it's not a big one is I wish we had access to the A.C unit. Because of Florida's sun, at certain times of the day it was hot in the house at times. I still would rate my experience 5 stars tho because I didn't mention it to the owner. I'm pretty sure if I did, the problem would have been fixed.

Great unit

Upon check in EVERYTHING was exactly how it was represented in the description and pictures. Everything was new and clean. There is only 1 parking space for the unit at this time, the driveway, as the garage is currently being converted into a game room. Street parking is prohibited but everyday there were multiple cars and work vans parked along both sides of the narrow street making it hard to navigate. We were too busy to go to the neighborhood pool but it was extremely small for the size of the neighborhood. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our stay and the actual unit. The manager was pleasant and available the 2 times I reached out to her.

Loved this property! Very clean and well kept. Great area. Only one thing would keep us from coming back is the bed in the master. The mattress was so hard that you could feel the springs. I understand some people prefer firm mattresses but this was more than firm it was hard. Otherwise great home, well decorated, great neighborhood.

Wonderful family vacation

This house had absolutley everything we'r could have wanted for a family vacation. We had plenty of room to relax after a long day at Disney. The location was perfect and close to the parks, airport and groceries. Our entire family felt like we were in our own home. Thank you for a great stay

Amazing clean house close to Disney

Was shocked to see how updated/clean this amazing house was when we arrived at midnight. We went to Orlando for Disney and could easily make it to all four parks between 10-15 minutes. Great place to stay with or without kids (we had ours with us) as there are two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Will definitely be booking again for our next stay!

This property is well maintained. The furnishings were gorgeous. The kitchen was well stocked with all dishware and necessities to cook with, along with coffee, tea, seasoning. The bedrooms and bathrooms were beautiful. All the comforts of home. Will definitely request this property in the future.

Beautiful and family friendly!

We were so comfortable staying at this townhome! The kitchen has everything you could need, and the furnishings and decorations are so well done. Lots of towels, linens, dishes and other amenities. My kids enjoyed the pool, and the drive to both Disney and Universal never took more than 15-25 minutes. I would definitely stay here again!

Exactly like the pictures, we had a beautiful time! The kitchen was fully equipped. Everything was perfect!the beds were comfortable! I have absolutely no complaints except I wasn’t sure what to do with the trash. We had to take it outside but I wasn’t clear on where outside. Honestly I plan on coming back to Orlando for my kids birthday and would love to stay here again!

Beautiful Home

Saw the pics online on this townhouse and I have to say that you actually get what you see. This is a beautiful home. The owner did little things like provided water and juice for the kids. They offered their laptop and Netflix services. However there were a few hiccups. The laptop never worked. One of the dining room chairs broke when my child sat on it. The pool key did not work. I have to admit that the property manager Nadra did try to rectify these issues. She was very polite and responded quickly to my concerns. I do have a agree with some of the other renters the mattresses were hard. I wished that there were TV’s in all the bedrooms. Overall this property is very nice and is close to everything. If you’re taking a Disney trip this is a great location.
