House size, location, price, quiet neighborhood and ammenities were awesome. Cleanliness of the house, towels, and cleaning items were sub par. House for ten needs more supplies in the kitchen(towels, big pots, utensils) Some beds uncomfortable.Tv, ac unit had to be replaced and repaired.Communication with the owners often went unanswered. Repair guy was great.

Very minimal is supplied. It is stated what is provided but even the wash cloths are the thinnest cheapest I’ve ever used. Was not enough towels for each person to shower. Master bedroom shower is strange with a full size window with in it. Didn’t really care for that. The dish washing sponge provided is 1/4 of a whole sponge. Not and issue, just literally take EVERYTHING you would need. House was clean. Tad smaller than pictured. Just a minimal design and kinda tacky decorated but worked for our two night stay for that wasn’t important to us. Pool was nice, hot tub was filthy. Easy to navigate to Universal Studios and Disney. You will need to pay for a pass to get in and out of gated community. It’s 23 per car. That’s not listed, but you will get an email closer to reservation.

The house was very convinent, secured and comfortable! Our host Manny was great! Everything is exactly as described. Parking was easy, taking the trash out as well! Could easily walk around the facility! Would certainly reccomend

My sister and I tried to get in and couldn’t. There were two doors. We thought they were two different places so we were just trying the one door on the right. Message someone and never received any response back. Luckily I just tried the other door on the left and got in. Needed better communication with Manny. Other than that it was a nice place.

Close to Disney

Good property for the price and the number of people we needed to accommodate. The best thing about the property was how close to Disney it was. We didn’t really use any of the amenities. Disappointed that it didn’t have an iron, but we left a new one there so that shouldn’t be a problem for the next guest! I wish they provided more of the basics (i.e. more than one roll of toilet paper per restroom, nicer soap, more towels, etc.).
