Once we made it there from our flight cancelation due to the hurricane it was good. It really sucked having to pay for two nights and not being there. This started things off to a rough start and many phone calls and chats with Expedia and the hotel and still had to pay even though it was not our fault we couldn’t get there. The hotel is very big and busy. Very thin walls so you can hear guests above you. We had to use ear plugs most nights. This was our first time staying at Dockside. We usually stay at Surfside for our Halloween horror night trips. The shuttle service is a bonus. Room was always cleaned and plenty of towels left. You have to make sure to put the sleeping in sign on the door as housekeeping knocks then opens the door. One morning I was in my towel when this happened, but I understand they have lots of rooms to clean.

Stayed 10-12 thru 10-15 Loved it because we never waited for transportation. We stayed at the Royal pacific in July and it so much longer to take the boat. We walked most days. Dockside was so much quicker. Shout out to John when we checked it! He was fantastic!!! He went the extra mile. Thank you John!

Dockside has great rooms for families. The 1 bedroom suite was perfect for our 5. There are no rollaway beds but that was OK. Cute table, fridge and microwave. They don’t have a hot tub which is a bummer. But good laundry facilities. Decent food at the cafe. Check in line was long (about 50 minutes) but efficient.
