Located in the highly desirable Storey Lake Resort, this property has everything you need for your vacation, inside and out! With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms it is the perfect size for any vacation group. Can accommodate up to 8 people. Brand new and very well decorated in a gated community.

== RENTAL POLICIES ==

- No smoking (min $250 fine)
- No pets allowed (min $250 fine)
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Primary renter MUST be at least 21 years old to book, must be staying at the rental property with other guests, and is responsible for all guests and visitors
- Submission of Photo ID or Passport may be required (simply upload into Guest Experience portal)
- Signed Rental Agreement required for each booking (sent by email and text to be signed electronically by primary renter.


 


Pool Heat is not included in the reservation. The cost is $30.00 per night with a 3 night minimum required. Please let us know if you would like to add this amenity to your reservation.


The Grill is INCLUDED in your reservation for this property. This is a great savings, as most properties charge a fee to use the grill.


Toiletries and Household Items: We provide a starter pack for each reservation (including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish tabs, laundry detergent pods, bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion). Any further items needed will need to be provided by the guest.

Guest Access:
NO SHOWS, LATE ARRIVALS, EARLY DEPARTURES: We will not refund any monies should a guest decide to shorten their stay. Guest is responsible for payment of all nights confirmed, regardless of guest's late arrival or early departure date. No shows, late arrivals and early departures will be charged the full amount for the entire reserved stay.


LATE CHECK OUT/EARLY CHECK IN: Check in time is 4pm or later, Check out time in 10am or earlier. These times are STRICT due to our operation schedule. Guests who do not check out of the property by 10am are subject to a $150.00 fine. Also, guests who arrive to the property prior to 4pm are subject to a $150.00 fine. Any check in/check out times other than 4pm and 10am MUST be approved by De Paula Realty.


NO PETS: No Pets are allowed. A $250 per pet fee will be charged if there is any report of pet hair on bedding and sofas. The violation of any terms of this pet policy subjects the guest to additional fines or termination of the rental period.


NO SMOKING: No Smoking is allowed in any of the properties and there may be a fine imposed ($450 charged to your credit card) or immediate removal from the property.


MINIMUM AGE: We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 21 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.


PROPERTY DAMAGE: If you damage the property you will be charged accordingly. If any issues should arise, please be sure to contact us IMMEDIATELY.


CLEANING: There is a cleaning fee applied to all bookings. Reservations exceeding one month will require a deep cleaning charge. A thorough cleaning of the property will be carried out before and after occupancy. It is expected that you will leave the property in a reasonably clean and orderly condition. Guests will be charged for any damage, loss or breakage in the homes or on the premises during your stay, including stolen items. There is no daily maid service. You can always add services during your stay for additional charge.

Quick trip
Nice property but disappointed … paid to have pool heated but it never heated up do to mechanical issue. They did say they would refund me … (cost me more since we went shopping instead of hanging out to swim… some of items they said would be provided was not but we had brought our own just in case. The rooms were nice and beds comfortable !! Loved the theme and decorations . Needs a fresh coat of paint but that not a big deal.

House was clean. Walls need to be painted and bedsheets are very rough on skin. House does need update. Charging $50 for bbq is ridiculous. They call it cleaning fee but we already pay a hefty cleaning fee so bbq should be included.

Beautiful, safe property close to parks
We had a great time here! The property was well maintained, clean and worked perfectly for our family vacation. Gated entry to the property made the location a safe place to stay. We had a great little private pool as well as access to the property pool and waterpark. The location was only a short drive to the theme parks and about an hour from the coast. The property owners were very kind and quick to respond to questions. Would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. As the other reveiws below mentioned the pool heater is not working but we never needed it and the pool is on the smaller side if you have a couple of kids. Otherwise, the community water park section was a lot of fun and the house was comfortable and exactly what we needed. Everyone definition enjoyed themselves.

Florida family getaway
This property was amazing! This was our family's first time visiting Florida and staying on this property made our trip unforgettable. The property was clean, safe, and quiet. Perfect for small kids with themed rooms. We had fast and easy communication with management with any questions we had. Awesome backyard pool and bbq amenity with outdoor furniture. Location was very close to Universal, Disney, the airport, beaches, and swamp adventures. We would definitely recommend this property. We will use this property again when visiting Florida!

Great Stay for the price
We were participating in the AAU volleyball championship at the Orange County Convention Center which was a 23 minute drive and this was a great place to unwind and relax. The place itself was clean, had a lot of room and was very comfortable. The pool was small but the access to the waterpark more than makes up for it. The Shuttle ride to and from the park was easy and the staff was friendly. There were three things that could have made my trip better and they are all minor things. 1. Would have liked to have TV's in each room for watching. 2. Fans in each room 3. A couple of trash bags not just one. Like I said they are minor things but overall it was a great stay and was a great deal for the money spent. I will definitely try to book the same place again as soon as I find out the dates of the next Orlando Tournament

Great Place To Stay
We stayed here for our family vacation. The condo was very clean, and looked just liked the pictures. The walls did have some scuff marks, probably from luggage, however that didn’t have any influence on our thoughts on the condo. The place had some utensils for cooking, but we needed a few more items. The condo is located within minutes from Walmart, so we just ran out to grab a couple of the utensils we needed. We really enjoyed the water park that was included with our stay. Our boys loved every minute swimming with n the pool and going around the lazy river. The pool was clean, and had a great atmosphere. They had music playing all day, and we enjoyed some drinks and lounging by the pool. We had amazing communication with our host. Gaby, was amazing, and followed up every moment she could to make sure we had everything we needed before our trip, and during our trip. The heater to the pool was broken, however it was very hot outside, and the pool was a perfect temperature. The alarm system had a faulty battery, and kept beeping non stop, every couple of seconds, and our just, Gabby, from De Paula Reality, was there to help. It was Memorial Day weekend, and it was hard to get someone out there to fix the alarm, and she was able to get that done for us. We were impressed with the communication, and all the amenities that came along with our stay. We will be booking another family vacation to this condo.

Very misleading/crooked company
We stayed in this house the week of spring break. The location and house itself was perfect. The company (de Paula vacations) is the absolute worst! They offer a “free grill” in description but then tell you it’s a $50 charge to use (after you have already booked with them) and it’s locked up when we got there. They charged us for pool heating-$120 (knowing the heater has been broken completely with no plans to replace) and refuse to return calls or messages to refund after telling me they would PayPal me the refund, sketchy I know. They didn’t tell me the heater was even broken until the day before we checked in, and only because I called to ensure it would be turned on in time to check in. So basically they just took that money. The house has one bathtub, out of 3 bathrooms so if you have younger children just something to be mindful of. There was NOTHING in the house when we got there, no pot holders, starter soaps, kitchen towels, dishwasher pack, so bring it all if you plan to stay. Also, a baby gate would be helpful since the stairs are straight down to tile flooring. Like I said, the house was ok and clean and all, but I will never again deal with this crooked realty company. It’s been the worst experience I’ve ever had with Vrbo!

Great place to go with family of all ages
The property was exactly like the pictures. Well manicured around the area as well. Garbage picked up daily. The included club house was a huge hit! We went almost every day, playing in the heated pool, lazy river and splash pad. The adults and kids all loved the smoothies and food there as well. The only things that was a negative was the splash pad was down for 3 days. And we had use of the grill for free, but when we went to use it, the propane tank was empty, the very first night there and we had to go exchange it at our expense. To me if a grill is considered included in the fee, we shouldn’t have to go and replace the propane tank; especially since we had been up super early that morning traveling and we just wanted to eat and relax for the night. Other than that, the only thing I would have done differently, I would have decided to pay for the pool at the condo to be heated. It was super cold for the little ones, as well as the adults. Overall a great place for family, plenty of room, a short walk to the clubhouse (1/2 miles) and very clean and kept up condo and neighborhood.

Great Experience
We just spent 6 nights at this house. There were 4 adults and 4 kids. The communication from the property manager was excellent. The house has plenty of space and all the amenities that we needed. The only thing we needed to do was go to the grocery store (which is less than a mile away) for food and minor items we needed for the week. The best part was the access to the pool club with the lazy river, water slides, and a pool. Renting this house is a no-brained and I would definitely do it again.

It was clean - however bed sheets were like sand paper, no wash cloths, two towels for each bathroom for 7 days . I don't want to spend my vacation doing laundry for showers. No oven mitts to take out hot food out of the oven or kitchen towels. The pool was supposed to be heated but after three days of begging them to turn on the heat...they said it was not working. Grill was dirty when we got there but they came out and cleaned that the next day. I'm not sure I would stay here again.

Bathrooms and dirty walls with preexisting damage
This property worked for what we needed. Second upstairs bathroom had a foul odor coming from shower. Walls had a lot of scuff marks from lugggage?? And primary bedroom upstairs had wall damage prior to our visit. I sent message asking for instructions how to upload pictures for documentation. I didn’t receive a response. I have pictures for documentation if needed. Gate scanner did not work and needed assistance everyone we wanted to enter. Overall. Not disappointed. It was what was expected.

Great for families visiting Orlando. There were a few things that I would recommend for property managers, please provide kitchen linens (towels, potholders, oven mitts and washcloth) in addition to washcloths for each bathroom (none in entire house- we ended up just purchasing our own at TJ Max) Perhaps an over site, but when messages were sent via VRBO there was no response. Additional garbage bags and dishwasher soap for families cooking meals highly recommended. Table in patio area old and rusted (keep small kids away)

Fun place to stay!
Our house was spot on!! Everything was clean and in order for our arrival. The listing is a little vague about the location of the waterpark, as it’s a small drive to the other part of the resort. However, there’s a free golf cart shuttle you can call to take you to and from the waterpark. The kitchen was stocked with basics for cooking, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe. We would definitely stay again!!

The kitchen, living room and dining room were nice and we had plenty of space for four people with adequate bedrooms and bathrooms as well. The property really needs a thorough cleaning and updating. The molding needed wiping down and one of the bathrooms needed to be cleaned again. We had to wash the bedspreads due to stains and there were stains on some of the throw pillows. The carpet was crunchy and the sheets need replacing as they are very worn. The pillows on my bed were hard. The biggest disappointment was the pool area. It was filthy. There were stains all over the deck. It desperately needed a power wash. We didnt get into the pool until the cleaner came and scrubbed it. The pool heater was broken so the water was very cold. The owner said we would be reimbursed for pool heat so we were happy about that. The patio table, chairs and umbrella need to be thrown out and replaced. The legs of the table were rusting off and a book had been placed under one leg to keep it level. The umbrella was tattered and the top of the table was rusting also. Overall we were not impressed and expected alot more for our money. We would not stay here again. The pictures on the website must be when the house was new.

Wonderful Home, and great location for Disney, Universal Studios and Lego Land.
A beautiful rental home, especially the Kitchen! Parking right at your front door. A resort that has it all, and kind people that work there. The water park is fantastic!

Beautiful home and family stay
Great stay with my family. House was exactly how it was pictured, gorgeous!! Beautiful plunge pool for kids and privacy fence was clutch for our littles. Kitchen was absolutely wonderful. It was a great home away from home for our vacation and trip to Universal. 20 minutes from theme parks and 25 minutes from the airport, location cannot be beat. We only wish that we could have checked in before 4pm. Book this home and you won’t regret it!!

Wonderful vacation home super close to Disney
The condo was much bigger than I expected and we didn’t even use one of the bedrooms as my kids wanted to bunk together. At least during the summer I saw no need to heat the pool as it was the perfect temperature to cool off in. If there is any criticism at all it would be that they should probably provide more trash bags. With 4 of us we use a full trash bag every day we were there lol. 15-18 min drive to any Disney Park allowed us to go for rope drops and then rest during the hot part of the day and come back in the evenings. Couldn’t ask for a better place.

Nice place; few missing amenities; disappointed with lack of pool heater
Property and rental neighborhood was nice, clean and safe. Kids loved having the water park to go to. Would rent here again, but look at fine print on closer. Located near about everything - stores, grocery, parks. Disappointed with the lack of communication - emailed, messaged and phoned for 5 days without response, just to find out there's a part missing for the pool heater. Didn't really use the pool as it was too cold. Home was fairly stocked with amenities. Would have liked to have a few more bath towels. Totally missing wash clothes and kitchen towels.
