Nice hotel
It was a comfortable room! Very friendly staff and clean. Our bathroom door was difficult to close. The free breakfast was average. The waffles were nice. I just wish they had fruit! The outdoor pool was nice. Just us there in the evening! They have one shuttle to universal which was very much appreciated. We took a lyft to disney world.

Nice clean hotel with a full breakfast and clean and comfortable rooms. It’s only minutes from Universal Studios, International Drive, plenty of restaurants and other attractions. I have stayed here with my family many times.

We stayed here for 10 days. Our stay was exceptional in the hotel. No complain at all. Staff is great. Always greet when we come in to the hotel. Breakfast was fine too. They offer shuttle service to Universal. If you plan to go to Universal, this hotel is perfect. I would stay here again and recommend family and friends.

Upon checking in, we were greeted by an amazing host (forgot his name 😞, but it was around 11:45pm on 8/17). He was super nice, helpful, and always had the most infectious smile on his face. The breakfast was great! Id totally stay again. Thanks!!

Breakfast every morning the eggs were frozen, not eatable. Every towel had someone’s hair on it. The bathroom toilet was leaking. And in the hallways they had loud fans blowing because the hallway ac leaked water and damped the carpet. The staff was friendly but standoff-ish as well. Took our complaints and didn’t really do anything about. Definitely will not stay again
