If it weren't for the unpleasant odor in my room, I likely would have rated my stay higher. The lobby is nice, and the staff is friendly. However, the hallway carpets were very dirty, and the mini fridge in our room had a strong, unpleasant smell. I had to spray the room every time we returned because the odor was so overpowering.

Pros: near a lot of restaurants and shopping Cons: no microwaves in the rooms (there was ONE tiny microwave downstairs to be shared amongst the entire hotel), the hallway to the rooms smelled musty, dirty and old, there was no visible security for the dark parking lot area, the room itself was dated, the bathroom was nicer and more upgraded than the room itself, the room had no safe, the lock on the door was not secure and the door itself had damage that looked like someone had tried to break into it, the walls were extremely thin, the “AI bartender” in the lobby was overpriced and seemed to have enough product to make one serving of a drink before it was no longer available (the most expensive drink they had wasn’t even a full drink, it was about 4 oz for $14), the shuttle times were very limiting with only early morning departure times available and no transportation to City Walk or Disney Springs. Overall I would not stay here again. The employees were kind, but it did not live up to the Wyndam standard that I expect.

The property is and a very center area. The only thing there's was people asking for money late at night which it's a litte uncomfortable. The parking lot it's to dark. We need lights around the parking.

Some windows were streaky to the point you couldn't see outside, but I didn't really care cause the other window was clean. The carpets are noticeably old. Other than that, it gets the job done for a good price.

Only positive is proximity to Disney's parks. The mattress in our room was inverted wrongly with springs facing upwards. After a bad first night's sleep, went to the front desk and was told problem would be taken care of. After a long day at the park we arrived back to our room to find nothing had been done. Went back to the front desk and it took more than an hour for two maintenance workers to arrive at our room for the simple flipping fix. If it wasn't for the fact the mattress was a king and my wife because of her medical condition couldn't help, I would have done it myself. Front staff showed little empathy. Will avoid staying at wyndham resorts in the future.

Hotel is in a very convenient location. One of the closest off-property places from Disney to be and easy to get to all Disney parks. Some rooms are starting to show age (bathrooms could use sprucing up, some lack of hot water at times). Staff is all very helpful and courteous. We reserved an accessible room and were given one on the third floor of the South Tower, and the room was very accessible, with wide area to maneuver and roll in shower, but there was no temperature control located in the room. It was hot and stuffy in December, couldn't imagine what it would be like in summer. Not sure where the controls are located. Discussed with staff and they were able to move us to another room, but had to give up the accessible accommodations. But at least we were no longer sleeping in a sauna.
