Affordable Tan Tar A! ~ On The Golf Course ~ Updated! Hot tub!

Welcome to Moongate! This fall the house will be completely painted and all new flooring and window treatments installed! (Completed November 2021) Our home is updated and located on the 4th green of the golf course. Please come and enjoy our 2 bedroom, plus a sunroom with a queen bed, 2 bath home at the Lake of the Ozarks on the grounds of Margaritaville Tan Tar A Resort/Estates. The house sleeps 10. Golf, swimming pools (one is just a very short walk away), tennis, indoor water park, restaurants, just to name a few of the family things to do at Tan Tara A! Plus the new Land Shark bar has a swim up bar and a children's pool!

Our home is located on the 4th hole green of the golf course. Load up your cart and come and enjoy some great golfing or enjoy what the lake and the resort has to offer!

We take pride in having a clean home for families to enjoy! Furnished with all the linens, towels, toilet paper, kitchen utensils, plates, etc. Just load up the family and enjoy! Home has two bedrooms, each with two queen beds and a private bath overlooking the golf course. The sunroom also has a queen bed with a/c and heat.

This is not a party home, so if that is what you are seeking please move on.

Great Place Close to the Golf Course

I had a wonderful stay here. It was very clean and close to several golf courses and places to eat. It was the perfect spot for our group to stay for our annual golf tournament. There was a ton of room, and the hot tub was a nice added touch.

Sisters weekend

We had a great time the house clean and the beds were comfortable. The hot tub wasn’t working but they were quick to come and try to fix it but couldn’t. They left us a bottle of wine for our inconvenience which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay again!!

Friends golf trip

This property was perfect for a long weekend of golf in osage beach. The property was clean and the location was great. We did not eat at the house but it appeared to have everything one would need if they wanted to. The hot tub was a nice bonus, especially after playing 36 holes of golf each day. I would highly recommend this house for families or a group of friends wanting to visit Lake of the Ozarks, and would 100% book here again.

While lacking in overall space, the amenities more than make up for it. Plenty of sleeping for 8-10 people. The grill worked perfectly. The hottub was great.

Our trip was to be our Valentine’s gift to each other. Upon arrival we had to shovel about an inch of ice and snow off the entry sidewalk, as this had not been cleared for us. Entry was smooth and the inside was very clean. Later in the day we enjoyed the hot tub, although headrests were missing, only one jet operated and only one light was working. Impending snowstorm forced us to leave a day early. We were ghosted when we requested an adjustment of fees due to act of god early departure

Great getaway for our January Birthdays

My family and our 82 yr old grama stayed here and we didn’t have any problems w our gramas wheelchair getting into the home and through the rooms except the bathroom which wasn’t a problem for us bcuz grama can walk short distances at times . We all enjoyed the home w hot tub ! My husband , daughter and her family and my son and his friend stayed and there was enough room for everyone. And Margaritaville was just a short distance from us . The only thing we encountered that was disappointment was the tv in the bedroom didn’t work , the other bedroom had a dvd player ( no cable ) and the living room tv worked after we finally got the internet tv to work , but all and all this was a great place for our family .And Marty the host was great and communicated w us about any questions we had !

Extra room for Family gathering

The family decided to have Christmas in October instead of the dead of winter. Big family, we rented several houses in the area near a large house on the Lake. Great location for a large family gathering because of all the houses available to rent in the area. Marty's place was on the golf course and had a nice layout and a hot tub on the porch that we did get some use out of during our stay. Only a few minutes walk to the house at which we all gathered. Would definitely return next year if this becomes the new family tradition.

Great home!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house was great for our family of 6! It was clean and well stocked (the kitchen had everything we needed to have breakfast there every day). We did enjoy the hot tub as well. And the location was great as it was central to most all we wanted to do in the area.

end of summer vacation

The owners of this house were friendly and helpful. The house was very comfortable for my family member who has physical disabilities. Only a few stairs to enter, the house is on one level and a walk -in shower. We enjoyed having the hot tub on the back deck. This is a very quiet place to sit on the back deck and have coffee. There is plenty to do on the estates and near by area. WE were able to enjoy the pool which was in walking distance or a short drive.
