The property is in a beautiful location & close to a lot of attractions.. the dishwasher had dirty dishes in it, the decks have a large support beam in the middle of them (wasn't aware of this) which limited the amount of people able to be outside on the decks. The grill caught on fire because it was caked with old stuff, my husband had to clean it out before we could use it. The sliding doors to the decks were so hard to open, close & wouldn't close all the way unless you forced them to. Wish there was a mop that we could have had available to clean up spills when needed. Overall, an okay experience, but won't rent this property again.

Great place for out of town stay for work in Osage beach.
Great space easy in and out with reserved parking. It was like staying at home and was 10 min from job site.

Beautiful lakeview condo
This was a great rental property in a great location! Very quiet and secluded area, but still close to everything that we wanted to do. Having the pool right outside our door was great and it was never very busy. We loved the fact that we could swim and fish right off of the boardwalk/docks every day! Everything inside was clean and the views of the lake were amazing. We had two adults and 4 teenagers in our group. I will say that we had a hard time with the Evolve management company contacting us back in a resonable time period when we emailed about questions. We went over a week both times before hearing a response.

Great for extended or multiple families
Great stay with my family (wife and two kids), parents, and in-laws. We each had our own bed/bath which was great Property has a convenient location, close to everything in Osage Beach but also in a secluded cove just off the main channel. Enjoyed the heated pool #1 just steps from the condo. Fished from the expansive bank/boardwalk near the pool and caught several bluegill. Was able to rent a Tritoon and dock overnight conveniently onsite for an additional fee. Condo has everything needed including high speed wifi, cable, and two decks. Hope to stay here again in the future!!!

Several Issues
Several issues caused us to stay 1 night instead of the 2 nights we paid for. The coffee pot didn’t work. The master bedroom TV had no remotes. The solution was to use the living room remotes, but others were using that TV. The master bed had a big dip in the middle of it. There was no shampoo, soap or hairdryers in any of the 3 bathrooms. I requested a partial refund, but was denied and instead was offered an additional night stay which I declined.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this very nice 3 bed/3 bath condo located right on the lake. There were 3 couples and everybody had their own space. The furnishings were very nice and would definitely recommend this place to others and would come back ourselves if the opportunity arises! Also the owner was very helpful with questions and always responded very promptly! Thank you for a great time!

Nice, roomy condo for families with attentive owner. Very family friendly with pools very close to the condo, and excellent cove/ water view. Great slip with this unit, making it easy when bringing a boat. Would rent again.
