The property is crammed and tiny. Understaffed and overworked. The room temperature is preset. With the heat turned on and not able to adjust the thermostat, we had very uncomfortable and heated room that was dry and stuffy. The room is dated and poorly maintained, no house keeping during the two nights we stayed there.

The room was much smaller than we thought it would be, which was fine, however it would have been nice to have under-bed luggage storage (which other APA hotels have). Especially with how small the rooms are, having a place to store your luggage would be handy. For reference, my boyfriend and I were traveling with one carry-on size each and a small backpack. Aside from that, no complaints at all! It's clean, safe and affordable!

The higobashi station entrance is literally right outside the main door, so that's huge for transportation around Osaka

Even though this is a "business" hotel, it seems more like a grand luxury hotel. Rooms are small but everything is top notch. Lobby is clean and grandiose, rooms are exceptionally clean and the views are nice. I can only say good things about this hotel.

Disappointed for the first time
The staff were helpful and friendly as usual across the APA brand of hotels. They were very efficient in assisting customers to check in and check out. Location was handy and easy to go about. But there were cockroaches crawling on the desk and mirror at night even my room was on the 19th floor. This wasn't something I would expected. Some large scale pest control has to be done as this would only be the tip of the iceberg. I was generally satisfied with my past experiences with APA but a bit disappointed this time around.

Nice Stay
Just needed a place to sleep during my solo trip and this hotel was very clean, but kind of small to move around. It was still manageable and I liked how there is a subway station right in front of the hotel so it is very convenient!

This was exactly what we're looking for. A nice room with a private bathroom and separate beds for my son and i. We also had a microwave, refrigerator, and induction cookware with plenty of dishes and even a rice cooker. The facility is obviously older so it's nothing fancy, but an excellent place for a longer-term stay. It's just a few minutes from the nearest metro station and there are many dining options all around. If that's not enough there's a lovely park with a walking trail just down the street.
