as room size is always a concern in japan, the room we had in this one is actually pretty good, there is a subway entrance right beside the hotel but seems it’s quite a distance walk underground to the actual subway entrance. it’s also a very busy hotel so plan your time use the elevator.

The property was in a great location. Walking distance to Dontoburi and quick access to trains to go anywhere else. Staff was pleasant. Just couldn’t figure out the heat and the portable ac/air did not do its job.

Great hotel and staff. I really enjoyed it and would book again. There was only one concern - The aircon was kept on heat across the hotel which made the rooms too warm. We needed to buy fans to keep us cool as you could not swap to cooling in the room.

Adjoining rooms are miniature. No place to put luggage. Bed is small and wall to wall on 3 sides. Bathroom is ridiculously small, sink is tiny and overlaps the toilet and bathtub. The outside noise from the highway is extremely loud even with the window shut and being on the 19 floor. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel.

There is a five minute wait any time you need to take the elevator. The rooms are so hot I thought I would faint. I called front desk but they said ac is centrally controlled. Had to sleep with my door open in order to not die of heat stroke.
