Place was great, staff was very helpful. They have a laundry room and even a free spa area for guests to relax in along with extra spa services you can purchase. In a nice location with a 7-eleven on the corner and a train station entrance right next to the hotel for easy access. Area surrounding it is very peaceful with many shops and food selections, a lot less busy than most big cities in Japan.

Not friendly like other hotels in Japan

Hotel staff in Japan are usually so sweet. The staff at this hotel seemed short and rude. I arrived shortly before my check in time (like 45 mins) and went to the front desk with my luggage. The lady quickly said “it’s at 3pm.” No hello. No nothing. I walked away…uncomfortable…then remembered I needed to leave my luggage at the check in (I filled out a form before hand and got a QR code for her to scan). She was very short and not very welcoming. Room was also tiny. Elevators were always busy and it would take 15 mins to get an elevator. Staff never said hello when I entered or left.
