I really enjoyed my stay here. It was a little bit confusing to find at first just because it is sort of in a back alley, but Google was extremely helpful. The rooms were definitely big enough for two people with smaller size bags. It may be difficult for some people who like to bring multiple or extremely large bags but I really enjoyed my stay here.

Namba station find
Location is great! Just off Namba station with lots of food and shopping within a minute out the door. Cleaning is every 3rd night but towels are changed daily. Not a problem for us at all!

very good service, the hotel is clean. however the sound proofs was not good enough, sleep was affected by street noise if you stay in family room where 1 bed is close to the window. The location is superb!

The hotel was easily accessible due to the nearby subway station, and it's central to most of the attractions, including the popular Dotonbori Street. At night, it's really quiet and there were konbinis nearby as well. Definitely an excellent stay.

I would say for something that is near the subway is convenient.The luggage service was easy to use and the front desk speak English. This place is good for one day stay, I would not stay longer for the price it costed. If you plan to use laundry unit here don’t because it will not dry your clothes. I wasted 200 yen for 1hr of soggy clothes and my clothes smelled terrible. The bathroom smelled like BO my entire stay. Otherwise, they were really nice in accommodations for their amenities and services.

Rooms are nice, basic and very small. A challenge to have room for suitcases and walk. It is nice having a small couch in the room. You cannot eat without a voucher. We never figured out how to get that but found an amazing place near by called Maze

The hotel is located near Namba station making it very convenient. The room is clean and sufficiently spacious - most hotel in Japan are small - for my family of four. The toilet is clean and the shower is strong. They have a coffee machine at the lobby. No water dispenser but can buy mineral water easily from Family Mart that is just around the corner. There is also a drug store beside the hotel. The hotel supports Yamato and sending your luggage another hotel will is very convenient.
