This hotel is in the middle of where you want to be. Walking street only with plenty of food and shopping options. It was clean, convenient and with good service. Breakfast was excellent and coffee machines worked well.

Just steps away to the lively dotonbori entertainment district but clean and quiet on the inside of the hotel. Our room on the 11th floor overlooked the busy street but you couldn’t hear any of the below noise in the room. Front desk/lobby is on the third floor. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a super busy but great location. The aircon didn’t work very well - it would time out every 20 minutes. The room was small but to be expected, it was nice and clean.

Ideal location right on dotonbori, we were on floor 8 and couldn’t hear any noise at night which is great. Could be cleaner, carpet wasn’t very clean, cleaners missed a dirty tissue under the sofa and toilets smelt of drains. Staff were lovely and room overall was good.

This is the perfect hotel if you want to stay in Dotonbori! The staff were all so friendly and helpful!! The room and all amenities were very clean, and the cleaning staff were great. The laundry is convenient and cheap. Overall, it was an incredible stay, and I highly recommend staying here! Amazing hotel that was made even better thanks to the incredible staff. Thank you for the incredible stay!

The staff were wonderful, but the hotel itself was dirty. Our room had mold in the shower we had to ask tue hotel staff to clean as well as dusty vents and walls. We asked them to clean the dust, but they missed the walls which led to us having bad allergies.

Hotel location is right in the middle so it was super handy if wanting food, shopping and close to train station! If needed to take a break from walking around we can easily go back to our hotel or taxi back as everything is close to one another. We cant hear any noise from outside as soon as were back in our hotel. We requested for new towels and make up our bed everyday and it was done perfectly and room is cleaned. The staff are amazing and so helpful. Some of them speak good english so we had no issue at all. We requested some extra pillows and hangers again service is amazing! Place has washing machine facilities which is a bonus. Their breakfast option looks so amazing!! We will need to try again next time! Lobby was great if you just wanna chill! Again we will definitely stay here when back in Osaka ☺️ Thank you to Forza hotel team for accommodating us!

Room is located in the heart of Dotonbori. Walk outside and you are on the main strip. Some taxis find it difficult to get close so if you can a lot of bags, you may be carrying them a few hundred metres which can be a little difficult when the area is busy. However this was a small inconvenience given the location. Rooms are small, however we did not spend a lot of time inside it so it suited our purpose. Despite being a loud night district, room was extremely quiet. Would return again.
