Great spot in the middle of the action. Close to Dotonbori. Lots of dining and shopping option. Close to subway station for easy travel to Umeda and Osaka castle. Free laundry, and snacks and drinks in lounge is a bonus. They even have beer, sparkling wine and sake for free.

Location is really great, level 1 and your already in the shopping district. Bad point being that the room is not very cleaned, hotel seems to be on an older side, have molds here and there. Down point for us is that there's no telephone at all to call receptionist. if you need extra towels etc need to go to lift lobby to call.

The room was extremely uncomfortable and you can not control the air conditioner. I asked the front desk and they informed me that the air conditioner is controlled by the front desk. When i arrived the temperature in my room was 25.3 degrees C and i tried to adjust the thermostat to 20 degrees C. The room stayed at 25 degree C all night. I spoke with the frint desk and thats when they told me the air conditioner is controlled by the front desk. I asked them o To lower the temperature to 21 degree C and my room never dropped below 23.5 degree C. I was extremely uncomfortable for the 4 nights i stayed at this hotel. Not to mention my room was old and dirty. I did not find the staff at the front desk welcoming or friendly. I expected more from japanese culture. I am very disappointed with my stay and will never book this hotel again. I would advise anyone else traveling to Osaka to avoid this hotel.

This hotel offers a beautiful lobby, restaurant, and well-appointed rooms, though our stay was marred by a non-functioning AC, requiring us to open the window for cooling. The breakfast, available for a small fee, was exceptional with a variety of traditional and western options. Its location is fantastic, just a short walk from the train station and Dotonbori. With a fix to the AC issue, this would be an ideal place to stay in Osaka.

Great Location! Clean and Comfy Room.
This Hotel is located nearby everything. You step out and you are basically in one of the popular markets in Osaka. It is about 5 - 6 minutes walk from the train station. You may even pass it because it's located in the heart of Tourist attraction. The hotel is well kept and the staffs are very polite and speaks English. The only thing I had a bit of an issue was trying to get my laundry done before leaving Japan but I had no Yen and the Hotel only take Yen in exchange for coin to use Laundry, so lesson learn to have enough Yen while you stay in Japan. I booked the room within 2 weeks before and they non smoking rooms where sold out but the smoking room I stayed in did not smell much of smoking and i was surprised. They have refreshing sprays in the room but you may not even need to use it so I am recommending to book any room. If you are not looking for much of a view and need someone clean and comfortable to stay, this is a very great choice. I will book again when I visit Osaka.

I booked this hotel for myself and my two kids, aged 11 and 9, and it was perfect for our stay. The hotel offers a range of convenient amenities, including a laundry lounge and a vacuum pack machine, which made things so much easier. The location is fantastic, with every type of food imaginable right at your doorstep. The staff were also incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit.

Good location
The hotel is located in the middle of a shopping street and it is within 5 mins walking distance to multiple subway and train stations. The location is superb convenience to reach Dotonbori, Kuromon market, train, subway and various shopping centre and streets. At first I was worried about the hotel conditions after reading some of the low rating reviews. However the actual experiences turned out to be great. We were staying at oriental quality floor and the room was clean without any smoking smell. It is also peace and quite despite located in a busy shopping streets. The room carpet showed aging signs though but this is not a big issue for my family. Pyjamas, bedroom slippers, personal care amenities, bottled drinking water were provided. I will definitely stay here again if I visit Osaka in the future.

Superb location but far from perfect.
The hotel is in superb location, however, very inconvenient for people who drive..we cant even alight infront of the hotel lobby, because there's none.. room is hugh but old..only 3 self laundry room with 1 washing machine and 1 dryer each, so do expect long waiting time if there are other guests washing their clothes... overall a very decent stay.

Just okay more motel type vibe.
It was a great location however it felt like a motel from America. It was really bad quality rooms. They should shampoo the carpet and change the stinky shower curtains in the bathrooms.
