nothing special. it’s in a convenient location and the room felt homey, but there was dust on the lamps and some other parts of the room. i liked it bec of all the good food around the hotel.

I love the location and staff. Room was VERY dusty, and there was nose boogers on the wall beside bed. I cleaned it myself and took photos before i cleaned as it was very gross. There is also mold in the bathroom shower where the door shuts . Unfortunately people can get very sick from mold and sleeping /touching another persons nose boogers.

Wish I had a room on a higher floor. They gave me a second floor room and I could hear all the traffic. The hotel is great, I would stay there again. Hopefully I get a room on a higher floor next to time (I asked but they said they were all booked up)

It’s a small room for two but served its purpose. Very close to Kuromon Market and all the important areas in Osaka. Free coffee is a plus with lots of ice which is a must esp in the month of July. I will stay here again. Best location in Osaka.

The room was nice and comparable to other businesses hotels as far as cleanliness was concerned (common issues like other guests’ hair in the sheets, a small hard piece of something dried on my pillow). The building seems recently renovated, the bathroom was fairly spacious for a business hotel which I appreciated. The lighting in the room was pretty dark, I would have liked to be able to make it brighter.

Located perfectly for us. Restaurants, markets, tourists destinations and transportations were all accessible. Room is small but enough. Unlimited coffee and tea was a great idea.
