Rooms are great, quiet and spacious. Staff were polite and helpful throughout. My only criticism is that the breakfast is not worth the high price they charge. There is a lot of variety on offer but it is of varying quality and I had similar or better for less in a Tokyo hotel.

Was pretty clean. Service didn't seem to match the quality of the hotel. Some staff were nice, others seemed a bit irritated when asking about the city, transportation, etc.

The location is great to get around walking or use the train. It is also a great location to shop for designers brands. About a 25min walk to Osaka central (food, shopping & bars). However for the hotel itself, the breakfast was very very poor. Food is not kept hot and we disliked the breakfast so much we skipped out on the last 2 days even though we paid for it. I would not recommend purchasing the breakfast package. Staff is friendly and room is on the bigger side.
