Entered our king room to find the carpets pulled up in spots and there was sharp metal sticking up from the ground. We were then given another room where the same thing was going on. We then just decided to go to a different hotel for the night. The Hilton garden inn Ajax was incredibly disappointing. We would never stay there again nor recommend it to anyone.

The front door was not working well and there was a night where everyone’s key to their room wasn’t working. My wife couldn’t get into her room for 30 minutes and wasn’t feeling well. She had to sit on the floor outside our room while I went down a few times before they finally were able to fix the issue. Other than that the staff and everything was great.
