Just ok
The room was spacious and overall comfort was ok. The dressers were covered in dust and I found a pair of underwear (definitely not ours) on the floor under the pullout couch. The "comforters" (if you can call them that) on the beds were thin and not sized well for the beds making it so two people weren't properly covered when trying to sleep. Breakfast was simple but good. Overall ok but we would source out a different hotel for our next stay in the area.

We specifically reserved this hotel because of its proximity to the Go Train to be able to go to Toronto. It was a 4 minute drive and very accessible. The breakfast was great and offered many different options, alternating every day we were there. The ladies serving were friendly and helpful. The room served its purpose. The beds were comfortable and having the separate room to have some adult time when the kids were sleeping was a definite bonus. The soundproof door allowed us to watch television at a high volume without disturbing the kids. There were a few little problems with the room such as a loose faucet, flickering lights and outlets not working (specifically on nightstand where it's convenient to charge cell phones). Also, while looking for a knife, the cupboards appeared empty, only to realize that almost everything was still in the dishwasher, as it was not emptied. These issues certainly didn't ruin our stay and were very minimal on the grand scheme of things. I'm hoping these issues were isolated as they wouldn't deter me from booking there again.

The staff was amazing! However the very poor condition of the rooms will mostly ensure i never return or recommend it. Ripped carpet, dirty cupboards surface, old matresses that are noisy and uncomfortable...old, humid....would not recommend

Morning breakfast staff made us uncomfortable. They were heard gossiping while we were getting our food and a couple of the females uncomfortably watch and judge people as they grab their breakfasts. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable for us guests.

The hotel is great! Pretty clean. Front desk is very friendly. Unfortunately one of the morning breakfast ladies is incredibly rude. We asked her if there were any more bagels left and she answered back rudely, “No! There are no more left and we’re not getting any until a shipment comes!” Then she proceeded to remove the bagel tray while we were reaching in to get bread. Very bad attitude!

Check in was 3pm, room not ready waited in the lobby with kids until 4:30. Room on 1st floor down the hall from staff room, staff who appeared to be coming and going into the staff room at all hours made alot of noise. Nice place but the stay could have been better. Where can you get good help these days?

This is a good hotel, not poor, not excellent. Gets the job done, but may be too pricy for "get the job done". Pros: Room was clean, Pool despite being small was good distraction for kids, parking was plenty, we felt safe even with small kids in party, access to 401. Breakfast was good and plentiful, they did run out of things towards the end but that's expected at every property. Cons: If you know we're party of 5 at booking, why leave only 3 plates and 2 towels in room at the time of check in? I respect cleaning every other day, but when you don't on specific day why not service room following day rather than waiting for following "allocated" day? Staff were so "busy" never a hello or anything, no biggie but still.
