Spent 150 for a night, my room- no microwave (there is only ONE small microvave in the whole building, literally need to be line up for 20 mins if you wanna get your food heat during lunch or dinner time), no refrigerator (my friend in another room with same price did have one, if you have food need to be stored, have a plastic bag and they do have a huge ass ice maker each level so you can hand made a refrigerator); The staff is okay, ddidnt have much interaction with him tho but he is fine. Avoid it if you have choice, there is better hotels around with just a little higher price

Terrible heating. It was a relatively warm day on the fall The room was way too warm and it seemed impossible to turn off the heat, The front desk told me the motel had only mutually exclusive heating or cooling facility and management had decided to select the heating option

When we checked in, I was informed that we were being given a room with one queen size bed. I had booked through Expedia and had requested 2 beds. I showed the front desk clerk the order and since they did not have a room with 2 beds available, we were given a complimentary second room. He was very apologetic and quick to fix the issue in a professional manner. Im not sure where the confusion came in, but in the end I was very happy with the solution.

When we first arrived to check in, there was nobody at the desk. We had to wait almost 30 minutes for someone to show up. When we got our room keys and opened up the room it smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. We then had to go back and ask for a new room which was slightly better, it at least didn’t smell like smoke but the floor was peeling up in the bathroom. The whole motel had a terrible smell to it and the carpets in the hallways were terribly stained as well.

This was probably the worst motel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff were friendly in the interactions I had, but the property and room itself was awful. The whole place smelled so gross and weird like moldy perfume. The floors in the room were strangely oily, there were burn marks on the bottom of the tub, there was a very poorly sewed up hole in the bed coverings. The TV didn’t work at first, but the staff fixed it - like I said they were great when I was able to interact with them. The heat was UNBEARABLE and no one answered the phone when I called. I had to go outside to cool down in the middle of the night, which I didn’t want to do because that is not a great area to be outside at night time. I had to leave earlier than I intended just to be able to get out of the sweltering heat. I’ve never had to pay almost $200 and have a horrible room experience. If I could have given this no star I would have. The place was dodgy and smelly and I definitely didn’t get the rest I was expecting.

Omg where to begin got there at 3:30 for 3 pm check in . Room not ready . Had to wait until 4 while they checked other people in with the same size group as me. Room was disgusting. Wet floor cause the sloppy cleaned it. The tub wasn’t even clean had dirt and goop in it. I was appalled I paid 190 for this room

Very basic room. Fridge. No kettle or coffee maker in the room. One thin blanket on the bed and lumpy pillows. The room was warm enough. Mechanical noises throughout the night. Clean. Lots of towels. Close to 401 and lots of restaurants. Satisfied one’s minimal requirements.
