The gentleman who checked us in was very curt, and not at all helpful, or friendly. He said he only worked nights. The hotel (when i booked it) said it had a pool, when i arrived...there was a sign apologizing stating it was permanently closed. My kids were seriously disappointed. The bathtub had no stopper, so we ended stuffing it with a washcloth. There were no blackout drapes. There were just sheers, so the bright lights outside could not be blocked. It wasnt horrible though. The dining area looked very nice. The breakfast was actually good. I didn't like that you were not allowed to bring any of it up to your room, so trying to get small children to stay seated and stay and eat thier breakfast early in the mornimg wasnt fun. The rooms were clean, and the cleaning ladies were very friendly and did a great job in our room.

Older hotel conveniently located off the 401. Great for short stay. Comfortable bed and clean. Issues with the shower head being all clogged and just dripping, barely any jets worked and the TV signal was on/off, hard to follow what they are saying in a show. It's a hotel, it wouldn't without the people talking loud in the hallway at 3:30am! Overall, good one night stay. Lots of restaurants within driving distance, front desk gentleman was very pleasant and efficient! Would stay again.

Beds comfortable and bathroom clean. Very dated and needs update and new carpets. Breakfast included but limited cooked offering, scrambled eggs and potatoes only no bacon or sausages etc. Disposable plastic cutlery and paper plates - environmentally friendly!

I arrived late night and it was for a few hours, I did not know if the tap water could be used, and as I was leaving in early morning, the option to have a breakfast bag was not an option, I think that would make a better customer care and service. the room had to be facing to the highway, may it was last room

Very old and outdated. Needs better lighting in room. Needs more plugins. TV would freeze and glitch, duct tape on remote and the tv would randomly change channels by itself then the channel you were watching would disappear entirely. Very bizarre. Staff were friendly and nice.

Solid place to stay when travelling and don't care for top notch setting. Beds were very comfortable. Hotel is showing it's age but nothing one can't overlook for the right price. Super handy location off of hyw and close to many things.

I enjoyed the patio off my room. And the water pressure in the shower. The carpets are disgusting and i highly suggest ripping them out and putting new ones in. It would really boost the appearance (and smell) of the building. Overall i had a wonderful stay.
