On arrival we asked for a wake up phone call as a backup and we were told it was no problem. It never happened. The whole time we were there someone was banging on the floor above us and then running up and down the room above us. We didn’t sleep the whole note. When we informed a staff member at checkout, her response was ‘so you want a receipt?’ Not impressed.

Nice hotel
Conveniently located to restaurants, stores, and highways. Clean, 3 floor hotel, plenty of parking. Only issue was breakfast, sausage and eggs were cold, not room temp but cold. We microwaved but eggs were salty. Kind of basic usual breakfast.

Dog hair all over desk, floors didnt get vacuumed. Dirt wash cloth in sink, sheets not pulled all the way down in bed. Nit sure if they were changed
