Amazing stay! The hotel employees were all very helpful, professional, civilized. They went above and beyond to solve certain little problems I had during my stay with other stakeholders such as delivery people and restaurants (I am cœliaque, had a show and by the time I returned to the hotel almost all restaurants were closed). Honestly, the level of service I was provided with was really high. And nothing to say about the services the hotel was supposed to deliver: they did it with a smile and even helped with again other things they had nothing to do about. Also a kids friendly hotel, and I mention it since even in certain other 4 to 5 hotels I’ve been in, it’s not always the case… Congrats to the team: I felt like I was home.

I really enjoyed the stay here over all. Staff was very lovely and the breakfast buffet was included in our room package. The have a convient snack store in the lobby that also sold board games which I thought was really neat. Unfortunately I couldn't swim so my only real complaint is very minor and it's that the pool room is very warm to sit and watch the kids play in the pool.

Pros: Suites have fridge, freezer, dishwasher, half-range. Pool, workout room. Above average breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Walking distance to Parliament buildings. Minor Cons: Reserved 4 people in a King with sofa bed; had to call down to get the sofa bed made with sheets and pillows. In-room safe was already locked. Again another call to get security to unlock the safe. Not enough hooks for towels (seems to be a trend in many hotels these days.) Rooms above the 10th floor have only 2 accessible elevators.

Fantastic Stay at this Hotel
Our stay at Homewood suites was above and beyond what we expected. The room was large and fully equipped for all our needs. Full kitchen with all amenities, comfortable bed, very clean and pretty soundproof. I always have issues in other hotels with noise in the hallways and rooms on either sides ... no issues at Homewood Suites.The front desk staff were incredible and friendly. Help us with all our questions and requirements. Thank you so much.

The location was fabulous, and the view of the river from the 16th floor was beautiful! Damon, the concierge, was super helpful and kind, and chatted with us every time we passed by, and let us know about a fireworks competition that was happening while we were visiting. The rooms were huge and having a kitchen was great! The only downside I’d say is the breakfast… while included, it wasn’t great.

The property is very good. The room was clean and the kitchen had everything that we needed. I loved having large sized toiletries. The morning breakfast was healthy and delicious. The negative was the broken elevator.

Excellent stay in Canada’s Capital. Easy walk distance to Sparks Street and Parliament Hill. Clean, modern, and well cared for. Excellent variety at breakfast. Parking garage on site was convenient but limited height restriction (5’-9”, ok for mid-sized SUV/CUV without roof racks).
