The service was perfect and the staff so nice. I would definitly come again. The only thing, there was a lot of black curly hair all over the carpet in the living room and on the sofa. So that was a bit of a downer.

The room was super narrow unlike what we expected as we saw the pictures on the website! The construction all around the hotel makes it look like an inappropriate location for vacation! The blankets and sheets were annoyingly itchy! In addition, they made us pay extra for the parking so our bill was 368$ for one night which is overpriced for what we’ve got!

The bathroom fan did not work and the hot water was inconsistent is my only negative feedback. We needed a cleaning and the staff responded very effectively and were always very friendly.

no hot water shower . we are in room 1101. we stayed 2 nights. That was nightmare. Can you imagine winter showering with 35c-36c temperture water😖😖😖?Cold Cold Cold. Never come back a hotel without hot water for shower

The property is clean and staff are friendly and breakfast is good but with limited time frame. However, we requested for room cleaning for the 2nd day, the receptionist mentioned will send somebody upstairs to clean the room, but when we are back nobody cleaned the room. We called again at the evening time same day for exchange the bedsheet , and bring two towls, the receptionist agreed, but nobody brought anything for us. I never had this experiences in any hotel so far.
