This has to be one of the friendliest hotel reception areas ever! Staff is so kind and helpful! Very clean and well maintained. This is definitely at the top of my list for Ottumwa Hotels.

The room had a musty/rotten smell. There was a hole in the wall by the bathtub with mold. Leaving the room the final time i teipped over the carpet at the door threshold...that was held down with a paper clamp

Staff friendly but difficult to understand. Mirror was not clean at all. Grass needed mowed. We were in 208 right by the elevator. It opened and closed all night and was the noisiest elevator ever. I went into the hall because I thought someone was slamming their door over and over. We got very little sleep.

Assigned handicapped room for some reason. Certainly clean and quiet. Shower control worked in reverse-should your check-in alerted me to this Staff accommodated cyclist with very early breakfast service Hotel Laundry not working
