It’s decent hotel, rooms are good but bathrooms bit outdated. Stuff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is ok with decent choice of meals. Strong 4 out of 5.

The staff was kind and very helpful. But the hotel was a dump. The walls were rotting the floors for filthy. There was what looked like rat dumpings all around the room. On the first night the room was still dirty from the previous occupants. The entire time we were there the room felt damp. Walking on the carpet and my stocking feet and my socks would be wet. They don't clean the rooms everyday. They only clean them every 3 days unless you ask. Even when I asked the room wasn't cleaned, and when it was cleaned the floors were never vacuumed the old coffee packets weren't removed. They just weren't very thorough. There was a gap in the corner of the room between the wall and the baseboard or you could see the rotting of the walls. It seems like the room had been flooded. It was supposed to be handicap accessible. But it best I can tell all they meant was you could get a wheelchair into the room. The bathroom would not fit a wheelchair. The sink would not let you get near it with a wheelchair.

Front desk service was great. Breakfast was okay. What I dislike was my room on the first floor was humid so the smell was bad, the rug was wet, and I’m not sure if the bed sheet was not dry or the humidity made it feel wet. I have no complain for the second room I reserved as well for my other family.

Very friendly staff 😃 Read several reviews that complained about cleanliness and unfortunately I have to agree… the room was very nice but looked as if it hadn’t been vacuumed or swept in quite some time. It wasn’t a horrible experience but enough that it was mentioned. We like bestwesterns so we would probably give it a second chance, hopefully having different results

We stayed her as part of a wedding party and enjoyed breakfast as a group in the mornings and then sat on the balcony at night and visited while we made new friends. Felt very safe in this area and the botanical gardens about a mile from the hotel was a beautiful place for the wedding. Would highly recommend this hotel for the wedding party and guests of couples marrying there.

Older hotel. Easy parking lot. Night check in guy was friendly and efficient with checking my husband and I in. The room is pretty much clean. A little dusty. Some chips here on the bed and a lot of marks on the walls. Overall, great stay for the night.
