We were quite disappointed after booking a room with a king bed, and calling to make sure one was available, to be given a room with 2 doubles and being told that we couldn’t get a king. The room was updated but quite dirty, with dust balls hanging off the wallpaper. The breakfast was excellent, as was the pool.

A tourney win!!
We went for a hockey tournament and it was a perfect spot for the kids - clean rooms, big room available for the team and a pool to kill time between games!

I enjoyed the gym even though tv and wifi didn't work. My bedsheets had blood stains on them and filthy. I had to change 2 beds bottom up as no cleaning staff was available. Spoke to Manager/owner who brushed it as you should have just changed rooms? N0! This room was a reflection of all others. Besides changing our own bed insured our beds were finally hygienic to sleep in. Out of respect or customer service he should have reimbursed at lease 1 night! He was non negotiable. Never again. Very disappointed.
