Room was comfortable but mechanicals (plumbing and A/C) left a lot to be desired. Also the office area is in poor repair and doesn’t leave you with a great impression when you pull in. Overall rating is 2.

The bed was terrible. There was a strong insectide odor in the room which seemed to be coming from the bed. Not sure but made me wonder. Could see cracks around the door letting light in. The internet was terribly SLOW and didn't improve till about 8 am. Don't think I'd stay there again.

The motel itself is very good. Bed is comfortable and clean. Modern finishes, fridge and microwave. Excellent window coverings, excellent A/C. Casino, coffee shop and grocery store within 5 minutes walk. Exterior is well lit. The other guests didn’t bother us, but looked untrustworthy. I would stay again, but on even-numbered rooms side of building.

The worst ever motel I have ever been.
My room had bed bugs. They bit several part of my body and I showed them to the manager next day and asked him to change my room. He told me that there was no empty room( I knew he had) and that he cleaned the room. The night after, I was bitten again, several part of my waist and private part of my body and they are very itchy. I don't know how I can go home as I am afraid some of them are in my clothes and suitcases. The motel's management was terrible and I am not satisfied at all.

The property is nothing like the photos. This is a motel in a grocery store parking lot. Yes it has been renovated but there is no central air, it has an air conditioner that is probably 30 years old, the washrooms are not nice. My washroom light fixture had two different colour lights and was missing the third. Last of all they did not turn my room and then I was told it had to be requested. The floors were also dirty and I had to wear footwear in the unit or wipe my feet before I got into bed. There are not many other choices and had the price been a bit better and was listed as a “Motel” I would have stayed with lower expectations and been fine.

Some rooms had been renovated, we unfortunately had one that had not and had been used to house homeless people. It was in terrible shape. Bedding was clean but old, and the air conditioner was new. Holes in the wall, baseboards in terrible shape, floor was dirty, you could not go barefoot. White towels were grey. Overall, not a good experience.

HORRIBLE
We noticed at arrival that the place had a reno done on the outside and everything looked good. Took 10 min. for someone to arrive at the desk. Once in our room that good I mentioned went out the door. Room was musty smelling, lights were missing or did not work. TV didn't work. The lights were somewhat solved. The TV never worked properly.. We asked for a walk in shower which they didn't have. The lamps shown in the picture do not exist. They had a coffee maker with coffee but no condiments. Plus no safety hand rail in the shower/tub. I could go on but why bother nothing will be done.
