Overall pretty much everything, not a clean place at all, the worst was when i asked to have my stained sheets changed the second day, the clean staff turn the sheets around and used the same stained sheets. This got me pretty upset, in the washroom tgey replaced the shampoo and some towels but didnt get cleaned. Terrible.

The room and property were fine, we were disappointed with the included breakfast. We arrived just after 9am and were told there were no hard boiled eggs left, they were 'finished'. There was no water in the large water container in the lobby. No bran related cereal available.

Dirty hotel, sink was plugged up and didn’t drain, sheets were stained and there were bed bugs. We didn’t stay in the hotel. The employees were rude and didn’t care how bad the hotel was. They also tried to charge me again for the room when it was already paid for.

The bed sheet was stained and hair everywhere. There was a family with kids trading the room hallway like playground and kids cannot stop screaming at 8 am in the morning and the staff did nothing.

It appears to be a government housing project. Homeless people all over smoking on the property, right at the front doors they were. They live there in rooms funded by the government. Room was grotty. Bathroom was sparse. Couldn’t get the shower nozzle to give much pressure. Lights were all unplugged and it was a pain to figure that out. AC wouldn't turn on. Went to front desk to get new room. Long wait. Ended up wiggling the AC switches to make it turn on. Wifi kept kicking out. This is a terrible hotel. More of a shelter tbh.

While the staff were friendly and helpful, this property does not have proper accessibility for persons with disabilities. There is no automatic door at the entrance, and while we were provided a room for my service animal, my companion needed to take stairs to open our room so that I could access to it from a patio door. I have mobility issues and have to use a cane, and stairs with luggage are not possible. It's not ideal. There was be no way for me to lock the patio door from the outside, and I could not use the staircase, so there's definitely a flaw here that needs to be resolved, particularly if I were traveling alone.

Breakfast was very disappointing. On the first day of our stay, we were told that eggs were out of stock at 8 AM. All they had was bread and butter. The eating area is too small, so people had to wait, and there was no staff member supervising to check if anything had run out. There were also not enough towels or toilet tissue in the room; we had to ask every time, which was quite surprising and unacceptable for a hotel. Overall, the breakfast quality was not good at all.

Check in was smooth. The room was reasonably clean. Definitely not spotless. Definitely old. There was an outlet completely exposed with a hole in the wall and wires literally hanging out of the wall. Not ideal with 2 young kids. The continental breakfast was terrible. No service. Nothing stocked readily. Lineups were horrible. Not nearly enough seating. Extremely poor experience for a young family of 4. The staff working the front desk was the same staff having to work the breakfast area. We ended up feeding the kids 'sort of' and then headed to Tim Hortons across the road.
