Very friendly staff and good service. The hotel is a smidgen tired, however it is very clean and comfortable. I did not eat there, but the menu looks very good and breakfast was fine. It was also well priced. Lovely view of the mountain when its a clear day.

Accommodated 3 guys on a motorbike trip very well. Good value for money. Probably the greatest negative was having to fill the kettle from the vanity tap using a cup. So a fairly minor issue. Otherwise very happy.

Very limited choices of accomodation and dining in this area. Their restaurant had large outside bookings so little availability for guests. Only a kettle in the room. No microwave. When you need to prepare your own meals because you are in the middle of no where they were not helpful. Staff member told me they dont offer microeaves bc they are a 'hotel'. This was not a north american classification of hotel. All rooms were accessed by noisy exterior corridor. They were not soundproof so could hear all that walked by. The room was exceprionslly small (not even a small area to put a small backpack. The bath towels were set out beside the kettle. The layout was terrible. Couldnt watch tv from bed; tv was behind you. The second night we tried again to go to their restaurant. Tables were empty but with reserved sign on top. We were refused. An hour later some tables were still empty and waiting for guests. Poor management and unpleasant stay.

Great Family Trip
The room was clean and neat when we arrived, with all the things needed. As we checked in late, we were updated with emails on how to check in. The communication was superb and on point. The room was warm and the amenities were great. The only suggestion would be the towel rack should be lowered.

Amazing stay. The bathroom is a bit of a tight squeeze. But other than that it was a really good stay. The staff is amazing.
