Beautiful Property and Pleasant Stay
We stayed for 15 nights at this well-equipped condo and were very pleased with our stay. Alex was extremely helpful, responsive, and easy to communicate with. The staff at the property office were very accommodating. Our arrival was later than expected, but they waited for us and helped with our luggage.The condo is well-equipped, everything works perfectly, and we had no issues at all. The views from the balcony and rooms are absolutely amazing. The balcony gets some morning sunshine but stays shady and cool in the afternoon, which is perfect. Be sure to watch the sunrise from the balcony!The listing and photos accurately reflect the property. In addition to the items mentioned in the listing, we especially appreciated the ice maker, filtered water, and the beach chairs and umbrella provided in the unit.The property grounds are well maintained, clean, and beautifully landscaped. The pool is clean, quiet, and large enough for swimming laps. The gym is well-equipped and very pleasant. The guest laundry has both a washer and dryer, which are free to use and never busy. The beach is just a five-minute walk from the property through the Marriott.Overall, we are very happy with our stay! Thank you, Alex! We’ll definitely come back to this place if we visit Sint Maarten again and will recommend it to our friends.
