we spent 2 nights the hotel, When we checked in - no one told us that they do not do housekeeping on the nights you stay there EXCEPT ONLY rooms after the customers are checked out. We were not aware of it.

Need carpet cleaning or new carpets installed in rooms. And need customer service training for their staff including the general manager. I hate to pay almost 300 dollars a night and get the experience of a cheap motel.

My staff person didn't get to stay there, he was called back to the office for an emergency maintenance issue, so we had to cancel his reservation, which I did so the hotel could use it for another guest, but we still were charged for the reservation.

We stayed three nights; the guy who checked me was amiable and said the room would be cleaned every other day. I called to ask that the room be cleaned on the second day and was told they were full and the best they could do was empty the trash. We came back, but the room was not touched. The toilet had to be jingled after each flush; otherwise, it would run. The sink would not drain properly. I went to the front desk twice, and no one was there and had to wait several minutes for someone to show up. The hotel was generally clean, big room, and had a great bed (firm). Although breakfast was provided, it was powered eggs...etc. The room had a refrigerator and microwave. I am unsure if I will stay there again, but I will look at other hotels in the area first.

Things were okay, but not in line with cost, IMO. Room cleanliness was mediocre at best. Carpets had major spill stains that had not been cleaned at all. Bed sheets had an unpleasant “sticky “ feeling. The property’s rating is notably exaggerated.
