Nice view of the surrounding scenery including a partial view of Glen Canyon dam. I wished they used less plastic for the breakfast though - they didn’t offer regular utensils.

The breakfast area was kind of a wreck and there weren't any lights on in that area and it is beside the front desk so you would think SOMEONE would notice the guests in the dark. The chairs in the breakfast / lobby area are awful also. There is about 10 decent chairs and the rest need replaced with something usable. My room was excellent and it was quiet in the area. I would stay there again and eat somewhere else for sure.

Worst managed hotel!
The service is bad. Finally checked in on the third try. Lots of facilities are not function. The rooms on top floor have low frequency sounds every 5-7 minutes. There are lots of rooms to improve in management.

Sofa bed had visibly used and soiled bedding still on it. Beds were cleanbut one of the beds had a stain next to the pillow, appeared to be old blood stain that didn't wash off. Breakfast was ok. Had breakfast ham, egg, and cheese sandwiches. Also had egg omelets but no protein options.

The room was very nice, spacious and had a great view towards Glen Canyon. Everything was very clean. Staff was very nice and accommodating. We needed some sand clean up and they were super fast to respond. Breakfast had good options as well. There’s plenty of seating in the lobby and outside.
