Charge extra to allow 30 minute early check-in, rude staff, breakfast the next morning was mayhem- food ran out at 8:30AM no staff available to refill or answer any questions, receptionist basically shrugged her shoulders, I have not had such poor hotel service experience before

Nice to have an EV charger. Hotel was overpriced compared to others but we chose it for the charger. Room had used fork on the carpet that was from the previous stay, was still there two days after we left. Breakfast was ok, for some reason they didn't have butter?!
